Abstract

SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas yang terakreditasi A, berdasarkan sertifikat 133/BAN-S/M.35/SK/X/2018. SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding school sidoarjo menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang berada di bawah naungan Yayasan Yatim Mandiri dengan jargon “Sekolah Pemimpin Dunia”. Sekolah ini berfokus pada pengembangan peserta didik dalam basis kreatif dan teknologi, kepemimpinan, kewirausahaan serta akhlaq mulia. Meskipun terbilang sekolah yang masih baru, namun sudah banyak prestasi yang telah dicapai oleh peserta didiknya. Prestasi yang diraih mulai dari tingkat kabupaten sampai tingkat internasional dan baik prestasi academic maupun non akademik. Pencapaian tersebut tentunya tidak lepas dari peran manajemen sumber daya manusia yang terkelola dengan baik di SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School Sidoarjo. Didalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif, sumber datanya diambil dari studi Pustaka dan hasil studi lapangan. Studi Pustaka diambil dari buku, penelitian terdahulu, dan literatur. SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School Sidoarjo memiliki proses rekrutmen yang cukup menarik, mulai dari posisi HRD pun juga kriteria yang diutamakan dalam perekrutan tenaga kependidikan disamping keahlian atau potensi yang dimiliki oleh pelamar pekerjaan. Dengan kondisi tersebut, manajmen Sumber Daya Manusia yang terkelola oleh SMA Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School Sidoarjo dirasa patut untuk diulas tentang bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan dalam proses rekrutmen tenaga kependidikan yang dibutuhkan atau dipekerjakan di lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the use of educational facilities in the process of supporting teaching and learning activities at SDN Sarirogo, Sidoarjo. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was used in this study and applied data collection methods by observation, interviews and documentation, as well as performing data analysis techniques using triangulation. In the use of educational facilities, we must consider, among other things, the goals to be achieved, the compatibility between the media to be used and the material to be discussed, the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure, the characteristics of students. With the results of the research that SDN Sarirogo has optimized the use of school facilities in learning, including making the schoolyard a learning medium, and using basketball learning tools in sports lessons. The obstacles to the use of educational facilities include a lack of funding in increasing school assets, a lack of sufficient storage space for school inventories, and a lack of administrative staff to manage educational facilities. Abstract

Covid-19 has had a negative impact on various aspects, especially on the economic structure of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM). The Indonesian government has launched a national economic recovery program to deal with the economic crisis due to the covid-19 pandemic, namely the bpum program which is aimed at micro-enterprises affected by the pandemic. the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of receiving business capital assistance for micro business actors (BPUM) in maintaining msmes during the covid-19 pandemic (analysis study of micro business actors in pamulihan village, larangan district, brebes regency). this research uses descriptive qualitative methods. the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation studies. Respondents in this study were Muslim micro-enterprises in the Brebes area who received BPUM in 2020 and 2021, totaling 17 people. The results of the study show the effectiveness of receiving business capital assistance for micro business actors (BPUM) in maintaining UMKM during the covid-19 pandemic in Pamulihan Village, Kec. District Ban. Brebes as a whole has not been effective in its implementation based on indicators of effectiveness according to Budiani, namely, effective in terms of indicators of program target accuracy, program socialization and achievement of program objectives, but from the monitoring indicators for the Assistance for Micro Business Actors (BPUM) program it has not been effective because in the process of receiving BPUM afterwards it was not there is a monitoring process from the department and related parties. Abstract

At SDN Lemah Putro 1 Sidoarjo Elementary School, there is a program called inclusive education that gives special needs kids access to the educational system. The purpose of this study is to identify the management program for inclusive education, how it is being implemented, and the challenges that have been experienced at SDN Lemah Putro 1 Sidoarjo. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The study's participants included class teachers, special assistant teachers, and school principals. gathering study data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study's findings led to the creation of a school principal program for inclusive education, which included training for teachers, acceptance of children with special needs, curriculum adaptation, and the requirement for infrastructure to support the learning process.
