Abstract

This research concerns the problem of procuring library materials in the library of MTs al muttaqin Surabaya as a case study material. This study aims to identify ways to procure library materials in the MTs al muttaqin Surabaya library so that they can become a reference or reference to find out how to procure these library materials. Starting from how the staff and teachers at the madrasah to fulfill the library materials in the library. This study uses a qualitative method where data collection is carried out by means of interviews and observations so that they are able to dig deeper about how to provide library materials in the MTs Al Muttaqin Surabaya library. The object of this research is a statement from the librarian and other teachers. Procurement of library materials in the library of MTs al Muttaqin Surabaya was mostly obtained from donations from schools that had been occupied by teachers at MTs Al Muttaqin. Not infrequently also obtained from housing donations or residents around the madrasah. Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang baik selain didukung oleh tenaga pendidik yang profesional juga sudah seharusnya didukung oleh pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang memadai. Adapun tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui dan medeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Arifin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara langsung, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil analisis data yang ditemukan ialah (1) Sarana dan prasana yang dimiliki oleh MA Hidayatul Arifin cukup memadai, namun masih memerlukan beberapa pengadaan sarana prasarana yang belum belum dimiliki seperti laboratorium fisika dll. (2) Usaha pengadaan sarana dan prasana terkendala karena pengadaaan sarana yang cukup banyak namun sumber dana hanya bergantung pada yayasan. Abstract

This study discusses the pattern of curriculum development in improving learning at MA HIDAYATUL ARIFIN. The purpose of this research is to find out the pattern of development in improving learning at MA HIDAYATUL ARIFIN. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation.
