Abstract

Capsicum annuum L. merupakan tanaman yang sangat populer di Indonesia. Perawatan tanaman cabai perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman dan kualitas buah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode praktik langsung (drill method) dan didukung oleh studi literature dari beberapa ahli. Metode ini memberikan latihan-latihan terhadap materi yang dipelajari tentang Ekologi Tumbuhan. Pada Pengamatan ini dilakukan 3 Perlakuan yaitu menggunakan air, MSG (Monosodium glutamate) dan Garam NaCl. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian air, MSG, dan Garam NaCl pada tanaman cabai memiliki pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman yang meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah dan panjang daun

Abstract

This article aims to determine the development of investment and which type of investment is optimal at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga. Qualitative and quantitative approaches are used in this research. The author in this case uses a linear program Excel solver maximizing returns to analyze investment development and analyze which type of investment is the most optimal at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga in 2020-2022. The investment tools used include mudarabah deposits, sukuk (Sharia Bonds), mutual funds, murabahah financing and stocks. The results of the analysis show that investment development has increased and decreased in each year and at PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga has the optimal type of investment, namely Mudarabah deposits and sukuk.

Abstract

. ISO 45001:2018 is an international standard for occupational health and safety (OHS) management systems designed to help organizations reduce the risk of workplace accidents and improve a safe and healthy work environment. This research uses a literature review method to explore the implementation of ISO 45001 in various industrial sectors, including construction, manufacturing, chemicals, and food processing. The study results show that the implementation of ISO 45001 has a significant positive impact on reducing workplace accidents, increasing productivity, and strengthening the safety culture. However, the implementation process also faces various challenges, such as limited resources, low commitment from top management, and organizational cultural barriers. Therefore, the success of the implementation requires a strategic, participatory, and sustainable approach.
