Abstract

Pedestrian is a term of transportation used to describe someone who walks on pedestrian paths, such as on sidewalks, on the side of the road or on special paths for pedestrians. One of the lanes that are often used by pedestrians is the sidewalk, where the sidewalk is a lane for pedestrians that is located in the area of ​​road use, is given a surface layer, is given a height higher than the surface of the sidewalk, and parallel to it is a lane for vehicles to provide pedestrian services. feet to increase safety, smoothness, and also comfort on the road. Most of the sidewalks have changed functions that are not in line with their main function as roads for pedestrians. One that we often see is street vendors or what is often called foot vendors selling on the sidewalks and motorbike riders sunning the sidewalks, thus endangering pedestrians and causing accidents. In this study aims to understand whether the sidewalk that should be used by pedestrians functions according to its actual function. In this study using interview methods and questionnaires. In this study the method used was the interview method or also called the interview where the interview is an event or process of interaction between the interviewer and also the person being asked where the results of the answers become a source of information. Questionnaire is one method of data collection that is used by asking a series of questions addressed to respondents to be answered. The research location is Jln William Iskandar, the sidewalk is right in front of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The results of a road pavement survey conducted by the State Islamic University of North Sumatra revealed that there were many violations of the function of road pavements committed by motorcyclists. Abstract

A campus is one place where teaching and learning processes take place. One factor in creating a comfortable and quiet learning environment is avoiding noise problems. A comfortable campus environment not only affects the conditions of the campus environment, but also the facilities and services of the campus, which can affect the learning success of students. One common noise problem in campus environments is the use of electric vehicles with racing exhaust by students. In addition to students, many instructors have complained about the problem that using this extraction system on campus makes it difficult for users of this extraction system to hear when passing buildings or courses that are close to roads or parking lots. It is clear from the results of the research conducted that there is no campus policy to address this issue, and most also complained about various facilities that do not support their comfort while studying. Abstract

E-Parking adalah layanan parkir yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan tempat parkir yang aman, nyaman, dan transparan. Diharapkan dapat menerapkan tarif progresif sehingga mencegah adu mulut antara juru parkir dan masyarakat umum. E-parking direncanakan untuk mengurangi tindakan mantri penghentian yang melanggar hukum dan lubang permintaan dapat dihindarkan. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data dalam desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk survei kelayakan E-Parking dengan menggunakan hipotesis ketepatan sasaran program, sosialisasi program, tujuan program dan observasi. Berdasarkan kurangnya paparan masyarakat terhadap E-Parking melalui sosialisasi, temuan penelitian menunjukkan masih belum efektif. Meskipun petugas parkir efektif dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan pengguna, ditemukan bahwa beberapa dari mereka tidak mengoperasikan peralatan dan tidak mengetahui masyarakat. Akibatnya, tidak semua tujuan program tercapai. Meski demikian, masyarakat, Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan, dan tukang parkir semuanya tepat sasaran. Pendampingan dan evaluasi perbaikan secara berkala telah mengikuti pemantauan program, yang telah berhasil untuk sementara. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, E-Parking, Juru Parkir

Abstract

This article or writing aims to find out the role of students in realizing UIN North Sumatra as a civilized campus with case studies at the Faculty of Syari’ah and Law, State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The problems in this article are focused on students' views of UIN North Sumatra as a civilized campus and indicators that become references and the role of students in realizing UIN North Sumatra as a civilized campus. This research method uses qualitative research. Observation data collection techniques and direct interviews with interviewees with interview locations at the Faculty of Syaro’ah and Law. After the data is collected, analyze the data by using data reduction, presenting the data and concluding. The results of the study show that UIN North Sumatra is a less civilized campus. It is said so, because there are still many things that must be improved to realize UIN North Sumatra as a civilized campus. One of the things that must be applied is in terms of dressing in the campus environment which must be in accordance with Islamic law.
