Abstract

Parents certainly want their children to be born perfectly without any abnormalities, including the male genitalia. Some of the disorders that are often found in the male genitalia include phimosis, hypospadias, epispadias and cryptorchidism. This study aims to design a system that performs anamnesis by applying the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method to the symptoms of genital abnormalities in male infants. The stages of the CBR method are 1) retrieve which refers to similar cases, 2) reuse namely reusing information from the case, 3) revise which is correcting the solution if needed, and 4) retain which is storing the revised results. The results showed that the application of the CBR method to anamnesis for symptoms of genital abnormalities in male infants was successfully carried out, where the anamnesis system used the CBR method in accordance with manual calculations with similarity tests and direct testing by experts. In the case example, the results of the system history and manual CBR calculations have the same probability or possibility of experiencing phimosis disorders by 100% and hypospadias disorders by 37.5%.

Abstract

PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Cabang Kotamobagu adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan motor HONDA. Pada PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Cabang Kotamobagu melakukan penerimaan karyawan bani dengan posisi sebagai marketing untuk mengisi kuota yang kosong setiap 2 bulan sekali. Selma ini, dalam proses seleksi calon karyawan, PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Cabang Kotamobagu masih melibatkan unsur subjektif dan dalam prosesnya masih dengan data yang tidak sesuai sehingga karyawan yang terpilih tidak bertahan lama dan mengundurkan diri dari perusahaan. Pemilihan karyawan baru hanya dilakukan oleh seorang PIC (Person In Charge) bagian marketing. Untuk itu dibuatlah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dapat membantu perusahaan dm juga PIC dalam memilih calon karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan sehingga bisa mempercepat proses seleksi karyawan. Kriteria yang dipakai di PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti ada 5 kriteria yaitu Pendidikan, Usia, Pengalaman Kerja, Hasil Tes Kepribadian, Hasil Tes Pengetahuan. Sistem ini menggunakan metode perhitungan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Sistem ini dapat melakukan penilaian secara lebih objektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Manya suatu rancangan sistem pendukung keputusan yang bisa membantu proses seleksi karyawan baru secara objektif, dart secara tepat dan benar sehingga bisa menerima karyawan yang layak diposisi marketing.

Abstract

North Minahasa Regency has so many tourist objects spread across almost all sub-districts in North Minahasa Regency. Web-based Geographic information system for tourism objects in North Minahasa Regency is one of the tools to convey information as well as promotional media about tourism objects in North Minahasa Regency. This geographic information system is made web-based with the system development method, namely the waterfall method. This application uses PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a programming language, uses MySQL as a data storage area and is assisted by Sumblime Text as a text editor. Making this web-GIS starts from data collection, namely spatial data in the form of a map of the North Minahasa Regency area along with the coordinates of tourist attractions in North Minahasa Regency. Then the process will be continued by making a web, namely designing a web appearance and the process of creating a web page. The end result of this process will be the formation of a Geographic Information System Website for tourist attractions in North Minahasa Regency which would make it easier for tourists to obtain information on the location of tourist attractions in North Minahasa Regency.
