<![CDATA[The government's policy regarding Covid-19 vaccination has become a polemic in the community because there are still many people who are not willing to be vaccinated with one of the reasons being fear of side effects. So research is needed that aims to determine people's behavior and factors that influence willingness to take the Covid-19 vaccination at the Kasongan II Health Center. This study used a descriptive approach, involving 86 respondents selected by accidental sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire, then continued with data analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test. As many as 69.8% of respondents had a positive attitude and were willing to be vaccinated. The p-value for each factor was age = 0.861, gender = 0.019, education = 0.000, occupation = 0.000 and experience in obtaining information on the Covid-19 vaccine = 0.016. It was concluded that the factors influencing willingness to take the covid-19 vaccination were gender, occupation, education and information about the covid-19 vaccine.Keywords: behavior; covid-19 vaccine; factor ABSTRAK Kebijakan pemerintah tentang vaksinasi covid-19 menjadi polemik di masyrakat karena masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak bersedia di lakukan vaksinasi dengan salah satu alasan takut akan adanya efek samping. Maka diperlukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku masyarakat dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesediaan mengikuti vaksinasi covid-19 di Puskesmas Kasongan II. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, yang melibatkan 86 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, lalu dilanjutkan analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Chi- Square. Sebanyak 69,8% responden berperilaku positif dan bersedia divaksin. Nilai p untuk masing-masing faktor adalah umur = 0,861, jenis kelamin = 0,019, pendidikan = 0,000, pekerjaan = 0,000 dan pengalaman mendapatkan informasi vaksin covid-19 = 0,016.
