Abstract

Freedom of religion is often misinterpreted as freedom not to have a religion or freedom to change religions. This is a miss-interpretation of religious freedom. In Surat Al-Baqarah 256 it states that there is freedom of religion, but the scholars say there is no absolute freedom to change religions, this refers to the Al-Quran mufasir Quraish Shihab. This research method uses library research methods to collect data by means of documentation. The results of the research based on the interpretation of Al Baqarah 256 are that freedom of religion exists in Islam, namely freedom in belief or in religion, people who embrace Islam or other religions may not be on the basis of coercion, but the commentators do not explain freedom to change religions. Kekebasan beragama sering disalah artikan kebebasan untuk tidak bergama atau kebebasan untuk berpindah-pindah agama. Hal tersebut merupakan kesalahan penafsiran dari kebebasan beragama. Pada Surat Al-baqarah 256 memang menyatakan adanya kebebasan beragama, namun para ulama mengatakan tidak ada kebebasan mutlak untuk berpindah agama hal ini merujuk pada Al-Quran mufasir Quraish Shihab. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) pengumpulan data dengan cara dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan tafsiran surat Al Baqarah 256 adalah kekebasan beragama ada dalam Islam yaitu kebebasan dalam keyakinan atau dalam agama, orang memeluk agama Islam atau agama lain tidak boleh atas dasar paksaan, akan tetapi ulama tafsir tidak menjelaskan kebebasan berganti agama.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the supporting factors of the rural economy. The implementation of creative economic development in rural areas must be designed by involving various economic and supporting institutions, including: universities, credit institutions, entrepreneurs, and community business groups. Community business groups function as business entities in rural areas. This research is a qualitative research using the method of observation and interviews with members of the Sentosa Mandiri Business Group. From this research, it can be seen that the Sentosa independent business group creates job opportunities for rural communities and forms a rural creative economy so that it increases people's income and ultimately improves the welfare of rural communities.
