<![CDATA[Artikel ini menganalisis mengenai Kedudukan Visum Et Repertum dalam perkara tindak pidana persetubuhan anak oleh ayah kandung. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedudukan Visum Et Repertum dalam perkara persetubuhan anak oleh ayah kandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian ini memiliki sifat penelitian preskriptif dan terapan. Pengumpulan bahan hukum dengan studi kepustakaan dan bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedudukan Visum Et Repertum dalam perkara tindak pidana persetubuhan anak oleh ayah kandung pada putusan No. 150/Pid.sus/2022/PN Skt adalah sebagai alat bukti surat yang telah sesuai dengan Pasal 184 KUHAP ayat (1) huruf (c). This article aims to find out how the position of Visum Et Repertum is in cases of child sexual intercourse by biological fathers. The research method used is a normative legal research method. This research has the nature of prescriptive and applied research. The collection of legal materials by means of literature study and the legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the position of Visum Et Repertum in the case of the crime of child sexual intercourse by the biological father in decision No. 150/Pid.sus/2022/PN Skt is proof of letters that are in accordance with Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code paragraph (1) letter (c).Keywords: Intercourse, Child Intercourse, Visum Et Repertum, Visum, Evidence.]]>
