Abstract

This scientific  article  aims to show that the variables in the  field of  human  resources offered  in this scientific article reinforce through the existing review literature, by looking at and presented in a result of the author's perspective. The recommendation of this  scientific article is that it can  be continued in   this variable  can be used by  other researchers together   into one variable in a   research result.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to see and describe from the review literature related to the variables present in this study. The existing problems are the elaboration of the review literature obtained by the researcher. The method used is qualitative with literature review, where the literature review of researchers and the findings of  review articles are related to the  results of each variable, employee trust is significant with employee trust, furthermore work life balance is also significant with employee performance, transactional leadership is significant with large presentations and there is also insignificant with minimal results, then  Employee Performance with Organization Sustainability did not find direct results that stated significant or insignificant.

Abstract

The aim of study is to present the findings of variables of organizational commitment, individual or employee resilience, social behavior of society, transformational leadership and organizational sustainability.  Method used is qualitative with a review of the literature review.  The results of the literature review from the perspective and findings of the review article relate to variables with positive and significant results such as resilience variables with organizational commitment, customer behavior variables not found directly with organizational commitment variables, organizational sustainability with organizational commitment there are articles that state positively and significantly from exposure to review articles in above. Furthermore, resilience and transformational leadership there are several articles found by researchers that state positive and significant. It's just that from this article there are no research results where the five independent variables above with dependent variables have been studied and there are results. Also, dependent variables with intervening variables of existing research results that state positive and significant.

Abstract

This scientific article is to provide an overview of existing scientific articles from the point of perception of researchers. The method used as this reflection uses a graphic writing style; analysts gather the necessary data from additional sources before analyzing and refining it properly, Information for research is collected using additional data collection methods, additional details are collected from books, articles, research papers, lecture notes, and the Internet.  A selection of related scientific articles are selected, investigated, and revised during the literature review. The variables explained with the results and discussion meet the answerability in accordance with the purpose of this scientific article, which is to describe by providing perspective, and this variable is followed by other variables that can be used as differentiators, as well as the object of research, as well as the model of the results of the study.
