Abstract

Productivity is an important thing in doing mining business, there are many parameters that affect such as the use of the equipment used, the condition of the operator at work, the condition of the front of the mining area, and also the haul roads used to transport the mining products which have a strong influence on productivity. This research will examine the effect of the haul road on productivity, the haul road itself has many parameters such as grade, crossslope, rolling resistance, and the material used for road construction. This research only focuses on improving rolling resistance. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of rolling resistance improvement on the productivity of the loading device. This research was conducted using the TALPAC 10.2 application. The tools used in this study were the Komatsu PC-400 loading tool and the Komatsu HD 325-5 for transportation. From the results of the TALPAC calculation, it is expected that there will be an increase in productivity and it can be seen that after the road is repaired the productivity of the Komatsu PC-400 increases from 90.96 bcm / hour to 96.89 bcm / hour. Abstract

Kegiatan coal getting di Pit Durian PT. Jambi Prima Coal menggunakan alat gali-muat berupa excavator Kobelco SK 330 dan alat angkut berupa dump truck HINO 500. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh produksi alat gali-muat dan alat angkut terhadap besarnya biaya coal getting aktual di bulan Agustus lalu merencanakan langkah – langkah optimasi biaya coal getting pada kondisi ideal. Total biaya coal getting di bulan Agustus mencapai Rp. 10,812/ton dengan total penggunaan alat sebanyak 2 fleet excavator Kobelco SK 330 dan 6 dump truck HINO 500. Produksi excavator Kobelco SK 330 aktual per hari sebesar 1,629.4 ton dan dump truck HINO 500 sebesar 390.33 ton. Setelah dilakukan optimasi dengan cara melakukan perbaikan seperti hambatan terlambat start setelah briefing awal, berhenti kerja sebelum waktu istirahat, berhenti kerja sebelum waktu pulang, slippery dan refueling pada jam kerja sehingga waktu kerja efektif bertambah dan nilai efisiensi kerja alat meningkatkan produksi excavator Kobelco SK 330 per hari sebesar 2,025.16 ton dan dump truck HINO 500 sebesar 501.79 ton dengan penggunaan 1 fleet excavator Kobelco SK 330 dan 4 unit dump truck HINO 500. Total biaya coal getting setelah dioptimasi sebesar Rp. 9,598/ton. Terdapat penurunan biaya sebesar 11% dari biaya coal getting aktual. Efisiensi biaya naik sebesar Rp.1,214/ton atau sebesar Rp.72,838,262 per bulan.
