Abstract

Latar belakang: Telah terjadi penurunan nilai SKP di UPTD Puskesmas Tawangrejo pada tahun 2017 (1,021%) dan 2019 (2,68%). Hasil survei pendahuluan yang dilakukan diketahui pula masih terdapat  beberapa responden yang merasa tidak puas dan kurang puas akan pekerjaannya. Oleh karena itu  perlu dilakukan analisis terkait  pengaruh tingkat kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja SDM di puskesmas tersebut. Sehingga peneliti akan menganalisis  tingkat kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja SDM di UPTD Puskesmas Tawangrejo.Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak  42 responden dari 73 total populasi dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang ada akan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi ordinal menggunakan SPSS for Windows.Hasil: Diketahui nilai sig 0,001<0,1 menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak Sedangkan besaran nilai Nagelkerke ialah 0,037.Simpulan: Terdapat pengaruh kerpuasan kerja terhadap kinerja SDM. Selain itu diketahui pula bahwa besaran pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap tkinerja yang terjadi ialah sebesar 37,3%. Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja; kinerja SDM; UPTD Puskesmas TawangrejoABSTRACTTitle: Analysis of Job Satisfaction Level in HR Performance of UPTD Puskesmas TawangrejoBackground: There has been a decrease in the value of SKP at UPTD Puskesmas Tawangrejo in 2017 (1.021%) and 2019 (2.68%). This quantitative study was conducted with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling as many as  42 respondents from 73 total population with simple random sampling technique. The existing data will be analyzed using ordinal regression test using SPSS  for WindowsResult: It is known that sig value 0.001<0.1 which shows that H0 is rejected while the Nagelkerke value is 0.037Conclusion: It was revealed that there is an effect of job satisfaction on HR performance. Abstract

Latar belakang: Capaian kerja  pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Tawangrejo cenderung  menurun pada tahun 2019 sebesar 2,68%. Berdasarkan data survei pendahuluan gambaran Learning organization terkait program pengembangan diri, rasa saling percaya antar pegawai, hingga kerjasama organisasi diketahui masih terdapat beberapa responden yang merasa kurang puas dan tidak puas. Sedangkan kepuasan pegawai terhadap kepemimpinan kepala puskesmas diketahui 96,7% sudah merasa puas. Pada penjelasan tersebut perlunya pengkajian ulang guna memberikan gambaran pengaruh persepsi leadership terhadap learning organization.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dilakukan pada bulan Maret – April 2022. Populasi penelitian ialah seluruh karyawan Puskesmas Tawangrejo, sedangkan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan d=0,1 sebanyak 42 responden., dan dua variabel penelitian yang kemudian dilakukan analisis menggunakan uji regresi ordinalHasil: Dari 42 responden diketahui  21,4% ialah laki-laki sedangkan 78,6% ialah perempuan.  Pada variabel persepsi leadership diketahui 16,66% baik, 64,29% cukup, dan 19,05% kurang, sedangkan pada variabel Learning organization diketahui 14,28% baik, 76,20% cukup, dan 9,52% kurang. Hasil analisis uji regresi ordinal diketahui  bahwa nilai sig sebesar 0,439  > 0,1,dan besaran nilai Nagelkerke sebesar 0,051.Simpulan: Tidak adanya pengaruh antara persepsi leadership dengan learning organization di UPTD Puskesmas TawangrejoKata kunci: persepsi leadership; learning organization; puskesmas ABSTRACTTitle: Perceptions of Leadership towards Learning organization at UPTD Puskesmas TawangrejoBackground: Employees' work performance at UPTD Puskesmas Tawangrejo tends to decrease by 2.68% in 2019. Based on preliminary survey data, the description of Learning organization related to self-development programs, mutual trust between employees, and organizational cooperation, it is known that there are still some respondents who feel unsatisfied and dissatisfied. Meanwhile, employees' satisfaction with the leadership of the head of the clinic is known to be 96.7% satisfied. In this explanation, it must need a review to provide an overview of the effect of leadership perception on learning organization.Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted during the period March-April 2022. The population of the study was all employees of UPTD Puskesmas Tawangrejo, while the number of samples based on the Slovin formula with d=0.1 was 42 respondents, and two research variables which were then analyzed using ordinal regression test. Result: From the 42 respondents, 21.4% were men while 78.6% were women. In the leadership perception variable it is known to be 16.66% good, 64.29% sufficient, and 19.05% less, while in the Learning organization variable it is known to be 14.28% good, 76.20% sufficient, and 9.52% less. The results of ordinal regression test analysis showed that the sig value was 0.439  > 0.1,and the Nagelkerke value was 0.051.Conclusion: It is known that there is no influence between perceived leadership and organizational learning at UPTD Puskesmas Tawangrejo.Keywords: leadership perception; learning organization; puskesmas
