Abstract

Religiosity is a human belief in something. Religiosity regulates all aspects of human life. One of them is how humans explore their potential and actualize it so as to achieve a personal branding. The two potentials that exist in humans are good and bad. This good potential raises motivation to be achieved in the corridors of goodness that have been regulated by religion. This study aims to discuss the role of religion in building motivation in Gen Z. This research also uses a qualitative approach by applying a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection techniques were carried out through library research. Data analysis techniques are taken through the stages of inventory, classification, and interpretation. So that we get a meeting point that there is a religious role in building the motivation of generation Z where religiosity directs more how to reach the potential with the potential for goodness that is possessed. To achieve this potential must be driven by motivation. because meeting the needs and self-actualization need motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini membahas mengenai pentingnya peran self-confidence dalam penggunan media sosial pada generasi Z. Menurut Deputi Bidang Perlindungan Khusus Anak Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (KemenPPPA) mencatat kasus bullying Anak di 2023 Capai 2.325, Kekerasan Seksual 6.316 dalam periode Januari hingga Agustus 2023 salah satu faktornya ialah pengaruh penggunaan media sosial. Setiap orang yang bermain media sosial harus memiliki self-confidence yang baik dan self-esteem yang tinggi agar mempengaruhi diri seseorang untuk berperilaku sesuai dengan norma dan adab yang ada serta menghindari peredaran hoax serta sikap impulsif akibat trand yang terjadi di media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif-analitis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa self-confidence sebagai tombak awal dalam penggunaan media sosial karena jika bermain media sosial tanpa menggunakan adanya self-confidence akan berdampak pada kesehatan mental

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi menikah muda bagi para generasi Z yang ditinjau dari perspektif teori hierarki of needs Abraham Maslow. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap tiga orang yang bersedia menjadi responden penelitian ini, dengan kriteria: 1) Merupakan generasi Z (kelahiran 1996-2010); 2) Telah menikah di bawah usia 22 tahun. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa motivasi utama menikah muda pada responden didasari oleh pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar sebagaimana pada hirarki kebutuhan Maslow, yaitu menikah untuk menyempurnakan ibadah sebagai salah satu anjuran agama. Selanjutnya, tiga kebutuhan lainnya terkait kebutuhan akan rasa aman, cinta dan afiliasi, serta kebutuhan akan penghargaan juga menjadi dasar dari penikahan muda yang dilakukan, namun ketiga responden berbeda-beda dalam menyikapi prioritas dari tiga kebutuhan tersebut. Namun untuk mencapai kebutuhan yang kelima terkait aktualisasi diri, hal ini masih belum bisa dijawab secara gamblang oleh para responden, karena upaya untuk mencapai tingkat tersebut tentu ada namun dalam proses dan waktu yang cukup panjang. Ketiga responden menyatakan aktualisasi diri sangat dibutuhkan, namun perlu waktu untuk mencapai sisi terbaik dari diri mereka.

Abstract

This study examines the direction and characteristics of curriculum innovation in counselor education, identifies essential competencies emphasized in innovative curricula, and maps conceptual and methodological gaps in prior research. This study applied a systematic literature review following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The researchers retrieved articles from Scopus databases covering publications from 2015 to 2024. The screening process reduced 145 initial records to 28 empirical studies that met inclusion criteria focusing on counselor education, curriculum innovation, and competency development while excluding conceptual and non-peer-reviewed sources. Thematic synthesis identified nine dominant competency themes, including multicultural competence, intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, wellness, spirituality, leadership, creativity, professional identity, and interprofessional collaboration. The analysis showed that experiential learning appeared as the most frequently implemented instructional approach, followed by cultural immersion, narrative supervision, and interprofessional training. Despite the breadth of identified competencies, existing studies demonstrate limited curricular integration and substantial methodological variation. This review highlights the need for holistic, evidence-based curriculum frameworks and directs future research toward developing integrative curriculum models and rigorously evaluating curriculum effectiveness

Abstract

The growing phenomenon of volunteerism among students, especially in social activities related to children with special needs. These activities require a high level of patience and can affect the psychological well-being of volunteers. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patience, psychological well-being, and the relationship between the two in volunteers in the Play and Friendship class. The method used was quantitative with a correlational approach. The research subjects consisted of 30 active volunteers selected using saturated sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that most volunteers had a moderate level of patience (73.3%) and moderate psychological well-being (50%). The correlation test produced a value of r = 0.637 with p < 0.001, which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between patience and psychological well-being. The higher the level of patience, the higher the level of psychological well-being of volunteers.

Abstract

Achievement motivation is one of the keys to student success in education. Achievement motivation needs to be supported by a supportive environment. However, not all students are fortunate enough to receive support, especially the presence of a father in their growth process. This study aims to determine the effect of gratitude on the achievement motivation of active students majoring in Sufism and Psychotherapy who have experienced fatherlessness. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 36 students majoring in Sufism and Psychotherapy who have experienced fatherlessness with several established inclusion criteria. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results of the study show a significant correlation with p = 0.001 (p <0.05) and rxy: 0.565, meaning that gratitude affects student achievement motivation. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the level of gratitude, the higher the achievement motivation. The R square value was 0.319, indicating that gratitude contributed or influenced 31.9% of achievement motivation. The remaining 68.1% of achievement motivation was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
