Abstract

The writer chose PT Dennis Utama as the research object. PT Dennis Utama is a company that distributes food ingredients, namely rice. The researcher obtained primary data from interviews with the sales department of PT Dennis Utama and secondary data from literature studies using analytical techniques, namely flowcharts and descriptive. The analysis used is the FIFO and AVERAGE methods. The aim is to find out the results of the analysis of the inventory accounting information system at PT Dennis Utama using the FIFO and AVERAGE methods. The results of this study are in the form of flowcharts and descriptive results. Based on the results of the study, PT Dennis Utama uses the FIFO and AVERAGE methods which are quite good, there are only a few drawbacks, namely sometimes there is still a little accumulation of goods so that the merchandise becomes damaged and also the company has not implemented a computerized system in its company activities.

Abstract

One of the electronic payment instruments is known as electronic money (emoney). E-money is a form of digital money. E-money functions to transfer the money balance data contained in our e-money to a computer or sales information system, so that the goods we want can be purchased without spending additional cash. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and perceived benefits partially and simultaneously on Go-Pay service user satisfaction. In this study, the method used is primary data, namely data taken from distributing questionnaires to Gundarma University students majoring in management class of 2017 who use Go-Pay services. The analytical tools used are Likert scale, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, determination, RLB, t test, and f test. From the results of the analysis tested, it can be concluded that service quality (X1) has no partial effect on user satisfaction of Go-Pay services, while the perceived benefits variable (X2) has a partial effect on user satisfaction of Go-Pay services. Service quality and perceived benefits simultaneously influence Go-Pay service user satisfaction. It has been emphasized that perceived benefits have a positive influence on Go-Pay service user satisfaction.

Abstract

PT. Soho Global Health (SOHO) is a provider of health products and supplements that has 2500 employees. The overall performance of these employees is assessed on an annual KPI (Key Performance Index). Problems arise due to technology systems that were previously perceived to be very slow for processing KPI data online. New system changes that are designed with faster performance need to be done or in other words revamp the system. Substitution of a whole new system or revamp system at Soho needs to use the Agile methodology approach. Agile methodology especially the Scrum model can overcome problems that arise in the system development process, especially in the speed of processing time, many modules and complex, and also involves many teams both the development team and many elements of related users. Given that, the KPI system at SOHO processes data from thousands of employees from many divisions as a whole.

Abstract

Dwidaya Tour has a fairly rapid business development both branches in almost all of Indonesia and the services they offer to the public ranging from train tickets, planes, Umrah, and all services in the field of travel. Problems arise when all services and branches have their respective systems and are not connected and centralized. Thus, Dwidaya tour wants a rapid migration into one centralized system without stopping all of the systems that are running. The purpose of this study is the result of implementing the solution used to overcome these problems. The use of the microservices programming architecture for the migration process. Where microservices architecture allows each stand-alone system to be a service at the back-end level and connected to a centralized system at the front-end level. Because the migration process needed must be fast, the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) approach based on the RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology was used. This RAD methodology has a stage of user evaluation involvement as a key means for the development and deployment process to be more precise and short in duration for its development.

Abstract

PT DHL Express Indonesia (DHL) is a courier and freight forwarding service company between regions in Indonesia. Bearing in mind the vast territory in Indonesia, DHL records 314 thousand shipments per year or 860 shipments per visit. In order to improve the shipping service, DHL took the initiative to request a system that could support the timesheet or the attendance of its couriers properly and safely. Making an absent or online attendance system using two security technologies namely OpenID and Oauth2. Both of these security technologies guarantee timesheet data leakage or absenteeism from the client side ie the couriers by the server side namely the central DHL.

Abstract

Scuto Indonesia (Scuto) has a reseller whose job is to offer automotive maintenance services to prospective customers who are outside of Scuto outlets. Problems arise when the resellers spread throughout Indonesia have to wait a long time from the data that is sent manually to the center via email. Thus, Scuto does not yet have a system to facilitate the process from resellers offering potential customers to claim bonuses from the sales that have been made by resellers in real-time. A technology approach that is suitable for real-time data problems with regard to operational aspects, then what is used is a mobile-based technology. In addition to these problems, the next problem is making the desired system must be in accordance with a budget that is quite efficient. Because, Scuto itself is a company that is still developing and does not have the resources or budget that is large enough to fund large system-making projects. One solution is to use the latest mobile technology, Kotlin. Kotlin technology can be run on two versions, namely mobile (Android and iOS) and also the web version with only one programming. Thus, the use of Kotlin technology can save the resources of a team of programmers who previously needed many different teams simultaneously, namely Android programmers, iOS programmers, and web programmers, now only become one team of programmers.

Abstract

A website is a network-based information medium that can be accessed anywhere and anytime using a computer. It is relatively inexpensive compared to conventional information media such as newspapers. We can do many things by using a website, one of which is to inform about a company, also known as a company profile. The research method used is WDLC. In the testing phase, three different web browsers were used. When tested on these three browsers, there were no bugs at all.

Abstract

The era of e-commerce or what is known as selling goods online is currently experiencing very significant development. Urban and village communities have begun to change direction in buying and selling from offline to online. One of the technologies used in ecommerce is website-based technology. Websites can be created and formulated with various features ranging from product catalogs to real-time payments very instantly. Websites have experienced a very rapid evolution from previously only being textual to now being able to make buyers feel a real experience as if they were shopping directly at the store. Website technology with the vue.js framework is a variant that is currently quite popular with programmers. Vue.js itself comes from early website technology, namely JavaScript. This has a significant impact where almost all website viewing browsers adopt JavaScript technology. One of the shops being tested using the vue.js technology design is the Cinere Racing Tire Shop. The Cinere Racing Tire Shop wants to develop the introduction of its shop services not only locally but if possible, on a national scale. By introducing the shop online, it is hoped that tire sales transactions will increase sharply. The vue.js technology design also adopts the Scrum Agile way of working according to the principles of computer science, especially the subject matter regarding the development cycle of creating a system or application.
