Abstract

This study aims to find out how much benefit the clove farmers got and how much Break Event Point (BEP) in volume and price of production were obtained by clove farmers. The research was conducted by colecting primary data through interviews using a structured simple questionnaire. Interviews were conducted in the Suluun Raya Village, Sub-district of Suluun Tareran. Total samples are 30 respondents. It has selected intentionally (purposive sampling). To achieve the research objectives, the indicator analysis used the analysis of production, cost, revenue and profit. Total production of cloves from 30 respondents in the Village of Suluun Raya was 33,020 kg with an average production of 1,100.6 kg, for a total cost of IDR 1,587,078,500, with an average of IDR 52,902,617, for a total revenue of IDR 3.22865 billion with an average of IDR 107,621,666.7, and for a total profit of IDR 1,699,232,967 with an average of IDR 54.71905 million. Clove businesses in the Village of Suluun Raya has given benefits to farmers where the value of average of Revenue- Cost Ratio obtained 1.80. Thus clove farm in the village of Suluun Raya was very profitable. The Break Event Point volume of production was reached when the production rate of 542.942 kg. Average production volume of clove farmers was 1101 Kg means that clove businesses profitable for farmers. The Break Event Point was reached when the price of production of IDR 48 050/kg. Average price of cloves of IDR 97 433/kg means that the price of cloves in the Village of Suluun Raya profitable for farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Local Tax on Local Revenue in Minahasa District Year 2011-2015. This research was conducted from January to March 2017 in Minahasa District, North Minahasa District and Tomohon City with the object of Local Taxes research from 2011 to 2015. This study uses secondary data obtained from Minahasa District Revenue Office, Regional Finance Board and Asset Manager of Minahasa District, North Minahasa District and Tomohon City and Statistics Agency of Minahasa District. Data analysis used Contribution and Growth Matrix Analysis and Time Series Analysis. This study found that the contribution of local taxes to the original income of the period of 2011-2015 is still below 50 percetn and the local revenue is at the 5 percent level of Central Government Fund Transfer Income to the regions. This has resulted in poor welfare and prosperity of the population reflected in the per capita income level that is still lacking and the level of regional independence is still low. Analysis of regional tax trends for the year 2016-2020 has increased but still below 5 (five) billion rupiah each year so it still needs to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the village fund policy, especially on the implementation process of village funds project from planning, disbursement, utilization to accountability. The research was conducted on seven villages receiving the village fund in Pineleng Sub-district, Minahasa District, North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months from January to March 2017. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data comes from observations and interviews. The samples in this study were members of the village community in Pineleng Sub-district of Minahasa District in seven villages namely Sea, Sea One, Warembungan, Pineleng Dua Indah, Kali, Kali Selatan and Winangun Atas. Each village takes 10 (ten) respondents for each village so the total number of community members who become sample is 70 (seventy) respondents. The results show that the village fund program in Pineleng Sub-district is running well, but for the future it is necessary to increase the capacity and skill of the village government apparatus in order to support the implementation of this program to improve the economy and better society welfare.
