<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Profit Growth in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 with a population of 18 company. The sampling technique used saturated samples, where all populations were used as the research data model with the total sample size of 18 companies x 3 years = 54 observations. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results state that Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth, so that it means that the higher the ROA generated, the higher the company's profit growth. Return On Equity has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth, so it means that the higher the ROE generated, the higher the company's profit growth. Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth, so it can be interpreted that the higher the NPM generated, the higher the company's profit growth. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2017-2019 dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi digunakan sebagai model data penelitian dengan demikan jumlah sampel sebanyak 18 perusahaan x 3 tahun = 54 amatan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Adapun hasil pengujian menyatakan Return On Asset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba, sehingga dapat diartikan semakin tinggi ROA yang dihasilkan, maka semakin tinggi pula pertumbuhan laba perusahaan. Return On Equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba, sehingga dapat diartikan semakin tinggi ROE yang dihasilkan, maka semakin tinggi pula pertumbuhan laba perusahaan. Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba, sehingga dapat diartikan semakin tinggi NPM yang dihasilkan, maka semakin tinggi pula pertumbuhan laba perusahaan.
