Abstract

Bahasa adalah alat komunikasi manusia yang utama, sehingga kesalahan dalam pengungkapan sebuah bahasa akan menyebabkan salah dalam pemahaman juga. Bagi orang Indonesia, Bahasa arab adalah bahasa asing yang di dalamnya memiliki kultur yang berbeda dengan bahasa Indonesia, resiko kesenjangan makna simbol sangat dekat. sehingga dalam pengajaran Bahasa Arab terdapat beberapa problematika. Bahasa arab merupakan bahasa yang unik dibanding dengan bahasa lainnya. Terdapat problem linguistik, seperti fonetik, morfologi, dan struktur, dan problem non-linguistik, antara lain, motivasi belajar, sarana belajar, metode pengajaran, waktu belajar, dan lingkungan pembelajaran Persoalan pembelajaran bahasa sangat bervariasi sesuai dengan usia pelajar dan lingkungan tempat belajar Sebagai alternatif untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut, maka dalam pengajaran Bahasa Arab diperlukan adanya metode yang baik dan pendekatan yang tepat dari seseorang guru dan juga didukung dengan kemauan siswa, agar tujuan mempelajari Bahasa tersebut dapat tercapai.

Abstract

The era of disruption is spurring the digitalization process in various aspects of life and showing the beginning of the democratization of knowledge, which gives individuals the opportunity to be creative and use productive technology. In this era, the pegon script began to be unrecognized by the millennial generation in Indonesia. This research focused on “The existence and implications of learning the yellow book with the Arabic meaning of pegon as preserving the intellectual work of Indonesian ulama in the era of disruption.” A qualitative model with a historical approach was used in this research. The results of this research: (a) the emergence of the era of disruption had a major impact on changes in lifestyle, social patterns, business, and technological digitalization, as well as the world of education. This changing trend demanded effectiveness and efficiency in energy, time, and costs; (b) Implications of learning the yellow book in Islamic boarding schools with the meaning of Pegon Arabic in this era of disruption was very useful and can be used as a means of preserving the intellectual work of Indonesian ulama.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the role of Islamic religious education teachers (PAI) in building independent characters of class X students at the Ma Darul Ulum Pasinan Baureno Bojonegoro. Independence is one of the important characters that students must have to face future challenges. PAI teachers have a strategic role in instilling independence values through religious teaching and daily behaviors. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that PAI teachers at Ma Darul Ulum Pasinan Baureno Bojonegoro have carried out various efforts to build students' independent characters. Pai teachers provide individual tasks that encourage students to learn independently, facilitate group discussions to improve the ability to communicate and work, and provide sustainable guidance and motivation. Although most students show good independence, there are several groups that still need to increase teamwork. This can be seen from several groups whose members work alone, there is no clear division of tasks, and the lack of interaction between members. Therefore, more intensive and sustainable guidance from teachers is very necessary to optimize student learning independence. This study concluded that the role of pie teachers was very important in shaping the character of the students, but the need for a more effective strategy to overcome the constraints in teamwork.

Abstract

Religious education has an important role in shaping the character of students, especially religious character which is the moral foundation in life. The habit of worship, such as the dhuha prayer, is one of the concrete efforts made by schools to instill religious values in students. At SMP NU Simo, dhuha prayer activities are made a routine before learning begins as a means of forming students' religious character. However, in its implementation, there are still several obstacles, such as the lack of discipline of some students in participating in the dhuha prayer, low awareness of the importance of this sunnah worship, the influence of the environment and peers who are less supportive, and the lack of variety of coaching methods that make some students carry out worship only as a formal obligation without understanding its meaning in depth. The results of the study show that the dhuha prayer activities carried out regularly at SMP NU Simo are able to form students' religious character, such as discipline, responsibility, and spiritual awareness. Students become more accustomed to carrying out worship independently and have an attitude that reflects the value of religious values in daily life. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of this activity include lack of student awareness, environmental influences, as well as limited time and teacher supervision. Abstract

Religious values are an aspect of human personality that cannot stand alone; they are related to other aspects of personality and must be instilled in children as early as possible so as not to hinder their future tasks and development. Religious abilities do not develop on their own; they are acquired through willpower and encouragement from others, including teachers and parents, who must set a good example and be role models. This study aims to describe the process of instilling religious values in shaping the good character of students at Sukodadi 1 State Senior High School. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of moral decline among teenagers due to the influence of globalisation, as well as the importance of character education based on religious values. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the activities carried out in instilling religious values include starting with the habit of smiling, greeting, and saying hello, the habit of Friday morning studies, the habit of praying together before starting lessons, the habit of being honest, the habit of being responsible, the habit of being disciplined, and the habit of praying.
