Abstract

Angka kematian ibu yang tinggi masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di indonesia. Penyebab dari kematian ibu tersebut karena perdarahan yang disebabkan oleh anemia selama kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Faktor Kepatuhan Ibu Hamil dalam Mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe Di Puskesmas Aek Parombunan Sibolga Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini dengan menggunkan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Aek Parombunan Sibolga. Subjek penelitian adalah semua ibu hamil yang mempunyai usia kehamilan 8 minggu – 24 minggu di puskesmas Aek Parombunan Sibolga sebanyak 95 orang. Data dikumpul melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara univariat, bivariat, multivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar ibu hamil patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe yaitu 60 orang (63,2%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe pada ibu hamil adalah hubungan pengetahuan p = 0,005, hubungan sikap p = 0,029, hubungan suami p = 0,004 hubungan kunjungan Antenatal Care p = 0,000hubungan paritas p = 0,034 hubungan dukungan suami p = 0,005. Analisis Multivariat menunjukkan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe yaitu Kunjungan Antenatal Care. Puskesmas sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan terdekat dengan masyarakat perlu memberikan informasi pentingnya konsumsi tablet Fe pada ibu hamil melalui kegiatan posyandu, ANC, kelas ibu hamil maupun kegiatan promosi kesehatan rutin dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Breastfeeding is one of the main task of mother in meeting the nutritional needs of her baby, but the success of exclusive breastfeeding in sibolga Regency was low ( 72 % ) because the failure of first breastfeeding for the babies and also because factors obstruct mother didn’t want to brasfeeding. First incessant produser campaign for milk and food replace ASI. Second, lack of cognition mother about giving food to child. Third, not care really from experts health to promote habit breasfeeding child. Forth, lack of program social welfare evident, which is conducted by several goverment agency.one of solution to help overcome it is hypnobreasfeeding. This research is study preexperiment with approach one group pretest posttes. Technique taking sample use perposive sampling in the puerperal mother with the number 30 person. This research conducted in april-june. statistic test use wilcoxon test. The results processing data with use wilcoxon test against expenditure ASI in the puerperal mother before and after intervetion, the results obtained sicnificancy p= 0,000 (p< 0,05) which mean there is influence technique hypnobreasfeeding against expenditure ASI in the puerpural mother. The conclution from this research there is influence technique hypnobreasfeeding against expenditure ASI in the puerperal mother in Pure Tapanuli Primary Midwife Clinic in the middle of 2023.
