Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sertifikasi guru mapel PPKn terhadap mutu pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi 14 guru mapel PPKn Kecamatan Babat. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 4 guru ditentukan dengan purposive sampling. Serta 44 dewan guru sebagi responden ditentukan dengan teknik random. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrument angket, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, uji t dan uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang searah den signifikan antara sertifikasi guru mapel PPKn terhadap mutu pembelajaran di kelas dengan thitung 4,784 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Sertifikasi guru mapel PPKn memberikan pengaruh sebesar 35,3% terhadap mutu pembelajaran di kelas dan masuk kategori rendah.Kata kunci: sertifikasi guru, mutu pembelajaranAbstractThis research purpose of to determine the effect of certification civic education’s teacher toward quality of learning in the classroom. In this case the quality of learning seen from the aspect of teacher’s mastery of subject matter and student learning activities. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 14 civic education’s teacher. The number of sample are 4 teacher determined by purposive sampling. And 44 boards teacher as respondents was determined by random. Data were collected with interview, a questionnaire instrument, documentation, and observation. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, t test and the test for normality. The results of this study indicate that effect and direction and significant between certification civic education’s teacher toward quality of learning in the classroom with tcount 4,784 with a significance value of 0.000. Certification civic education’s teacher give effect of 35,3% to ward quality of learning in the classroom and entered the low category.Keywords: teacher certification, the quality of learning
