Abstract

Abstrak Peran aktif pemerintah sangat dibutuhkan dalam memperbaiki dan membangun karakter bangsa Indonesia.Upaya yang efektif dalam hal ini adalah melalui pendidikan.Selain pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah juga berperan dalam upaya membangun sikap positif masyarakat.Dalam hal ini, pemerintah daerah kabupaten Blitar mengeluarkan kebijakan adanya muatan lokal wawasan kebangsaan di sekolah tingkat SMP dan SMA sederajat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran wawasan kebangsaan dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakana yakni observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan informan dngan metode snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran wawasan kebangsaan di mulai dari kegiatan sebelum pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan kegiatan penilaian pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni kegiatan sebelum pembelajaran, kegiatan inti pelajaran dan kegiatan penutup. Pada kegiatan inti pelajaran guru membentuk karakter siswa melalui metode dan model pembelajaran. Kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran wawasan kebangsaan yakni kurangnya buku pedoman bagi guru dan siswa, kurangnya antusias siswa, serta kurangnya alokasi waktu yang disediakan. Kata Kunci: pelaksanan pembelajaran, wawasan kebangsaan, karakter. Abstract The active role of goverment is needed to improve and build the character of Indonesian nation. The effective efforts in this regard is through the education. Besides the central goverment, the regional goverment also play a role in the efforts to build the positive community. In this case, the district government of Blitar issued a policy of local content concept of nationalism in junior high school and high school equivalent.This research aims to determine the form of implementation of learning nationality in form character of students.This research used the qualitative descriptive method. This research technique for take the data used observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of taking informants with the snowball sampling method.The result showed that the form implementation of learning nationality insight in starting from activities before the learning, the learning, and in the learning assessment activities. In the implementation of learning in class consisting of three stages namely the before learning, core activities lessons and activities cover. At the core activities of teacher’s lessons shape in forming thecharacter of students through teaching methods and models. In the implementation of learning nationality insight that there are problems encountered the lack of guidebooks for teachers and students, lack of enthusiasm students , and the lack allocations of the time provided. Abstract

Children under 5 years of age have an immune system that is still developing, not perfect and not yet strong. This is what causes children to be susceptible to disease. The diseases most frequently experienced by toddlers in Indonesia are flu, diarrhea, rotavirus, allergies, asthma, hand, foot and mouth disease and Fever. Fever is condition when the body temperature rises or is above normal. Efforts to treat fever by providing pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. Pharmacological therapy can be carried out by administering antipyretics, while non-pharmacological therapy includes Water Tepid Sponge. Increase knowledge is urgently needed to strengthen awareness in increasing knowledge and behavior in handling fever. One of the efforts made is health education activities about treating fever with Water Tepid Sponge. The result of this community service activity is that there is an increase in knowledge and skills regarding treating fever with Water Tepid Sponge before and after providing Health Education.
