<![CDATA[Implementation is a process carried out to obtain the success of the objectives of a program. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Family Income Improvement Business (UP2K) program in Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency. The existence of business capital strengthening assistance for the empowerment of women in rural areas is the main reason researchers see how the implementation and obstacles of the program are. This assistance to strengthen business capital is an alternative step taken by the government in response to the low level of education and skill level, as well as the low level of productivity of women's businesses, resulting in inability to support the household economy. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and the data needed are primary and secondary data derived from observations, interviews, documentation analyzed by researchers so as to obtain accurate and clear data on the implementation of women's empowerment through efforts to increase family income (UP2K). The results of this study show that the implementation of the UP2K program in Pangkalan Lesung District has not gone well judging from the indicators of organization, interpretation, and implementation. As for the researcher's suggestions to the Women's Empowerment Service as the Subdistrict UP2K coach and administrator to further improve socialization, training and direct monitoring to UP2K administrators and groups in the Village.]]>
