Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena SDN Telukan 01 menjadi salah satu sekolah yang ditunjuk dalam melaksanakan kurikulum 2013. Maka peneliti menarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta penilaian standar proses kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam yang dilakukan di SDN Telukan 1 Grogol. Penelitian ini berfokus pada, (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru PAI dalam membuat perencanaan dalam pembelajaran PAI di SDN Telukan 01, (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru PAI melaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di SDN Telukan 01, (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru PAI melakukan penilaian terhadap hasil dari proses pembelajaran PAI di SD Telukan 01. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis interaktif dengan langkah-langkah : reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. untuk mengetahui keasahan data dalam penelitian ini Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa di SDN Teluka 01. Dalam proses pembelajaran PAI yang dilakukan oleh guru yaitu dalam perencanaan pembelajaran PAI, pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI, serta penilaian dari hasil selama pembelajaran PAI, dapat dikatakan sudah sesuai dengan kaidah standar proses dalam kurikulum 2013. This research was conducted because SDN Telukan 01 was one of the designated schools in implementing the 2013 curriculum. So it was interesting for researchers to conduct research on how to plan, implement and evaluate the 2013 curriculum process standards in learning Islamic religious education conducted at SDN Telukan 1 Grogol. This study focuses on, (1) To find out how PAI teachers make plans in PAI learning at SDN Telukan 01, (2) To find out how PAI teachers carry out PAI learning at SDN Telukan 01, (3) To find out how PAI teachers carry out assessments on the results of the PAI learning process at SD Telukan 01. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis used in this study is an interactive analysis with the steps: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. to determine the validity of the data in this study. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that at SDN Teluka 01. In the PAI learning process carried out by the teacher, namely in planning PAI learning, implementing PAI learning, as well as evaluating the results during PAI learning, it can be said that it is in accordance with the rules process standards in the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a school management concept in carrying out the process of education, which can certainly provide a better chance for the development, demands, and dynamics of society. This study aims to find out as well as describe the factors that support the successful implementation of total quality management at SD IT Al-Anis Kartasura, Sukoharjo. Evidence of the successful implementation of TQM at SD IT AL-Anis is shown by the continued increase in input from SD IT Al-Anis Kartasura, often exceeding the specified quota; Including many outputs achieved in the form of achievements, both by teachers and students, as well as the birth of high-competitive outcomes. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, which results in the finding that the successful implementation of TQM is supported by the leadership style of a school principal, through a process from top to bottom in reverse, good communication between stakeholders of educational institutions, rewards, and punishments that are by needs, as well as the existence of a Measurement of the quality of education that continues to be carried out both internally and externally.
