Abstract

Abstrak: Kota Tomohon atau yang dikenal dengan Kota Bunga adalah Kota yang mempunyai banyak tepat wisata, salah satunya adalah Danau Linow. Danau Linow yang terletak di Desa Lahendong, Kecamatan Tomohon Selatan, Kota Tomohon, Sulawesi Utara adalah danau yang bisa dikatakan unik karena air danau bisa berubah-ubah warna dan dengan pemandangan alam yang cantik dan menarik serta udara yang sejuk dan nyaman. Selain itu, danau linow juga terdapat banyak fasilitas-fasilitas pendukung seperti cafe dan gazebo yang membuat para wisatawan merasa betah dan ingin berkunjung kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor harga, citra wisata, physical evindence (bukti fisik) dan faktor overall satisfaction (kepuasan secara keseluruhan) terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan pada objek wisata danau linow. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa secara simultan ataupun parsial Harga, Citra Wisata, Physical Evidence, dan Overall Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali di Danau Linow. Untuk Danau Linow agar mempertahankan dan meningkatkan lagi kualitas dari Harga, Citra Wisata, Physical Evidence, dan Overall Satisfaction sehingga hal tersebut dapat membantu meningkatkan minat berkunjung kembali dari pengunjung Danau Linow.   Kata Kunci: harga, citra wisata, physical evidence, overall satisfaction, minat berkunjung kembali

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in product quality and user experience between Honda Beat and Suzuki Nex motorcycles among the community in Malalayang District. The method used in this study is a descriptive-comparative quantitative method, which is an approach used to compare two research objects to determine whether or not there are significant differences. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, with sampling techniques using purposive sampling aimed at the community in Malalayang District who are users of one of these motorcycles. The data obtained was then analyzed statistically using the Independent Sample t-Test. The results of the study showed that there were no significant differences in product quality between the Honda Beat and Suzuki Nex. Meanwhile, in terms of user experience, the results of the study showed that there were no significant differences between the Honda Beat and Suzuki Nex, so that both products were considered to have a relatively similar level of satisfaction by the community in Malalayang District.

Abstract

Increasing industrial competition requires companies to improve employee performance through effective human resource management. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leadership style, and work culture are important factors that are presumed to influence employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of SOPs, leadership style, and work culture on employee performance at PT Sasa Inti Minahasa Selatan, particularly in the Finished Goods Warehouse division. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 60 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that SOPs, leadership style, and work culture partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, these three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.602 indicates that 60.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by SOPs, leadership style, and work culture, while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings confirm that consistent implementation of SOPs, effective leadership, and a supportive work culture play an important role in improving employee performance.
