Abstract

Optimizing the utilization of local potential is one of the next steps in community self-help that utilizes local potential and resources. This potential includes all existing potential such as natural resources, human resources, social resources. one form of optimizing the utilization of local potential in empowering the community's economy is through the utilization of the potential of human resources. Shariah Beach is a new concept of halal tourism and has become a promotional event for Banyuwangi Regency. The formulation of the problem that will be put forward is: How is the reconstruction of tourism on Santen Banyuwangi Island, which used to be free, now has a sharia concept? How does the district government or tourism manager involve the local community, either directly or indirectly, who contribute to the local community on Santen Banyuwangi Island?.This type of research includes the type of qualitative research, descriptive research methods. Data analysis techniques: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Research results 1)Reconstruction of tourism which used to have a free concept that seemed dirty, dirty and had negative ideals has now turned into a sharia beach so that it has the benefit of increasing income and empowering youth so that no one is unemployed after being recruited to become members of the Pokdarwis on Santen Island 2) District government or administrator tourism involves the local community both directly and indirectly which contributes to empowering the local community on Banyuwangi Santen Island, the management of Santen Island with residents is still not optimal. While contributions in the economic sector increase people's income, in the education sector increase teaching and learning activities, in the socio-cultural field it favors the culture of local people who use Javanese and Madurese.

Abstract

Pembiayaan merupakan proses yang dimulai dari analisis kelayakan pembiayaan hingga pelaksanaannya. Realisasi pembiayaan bukan merupakan tahap akhir dari proses pembiayaan. Setelah melakukan pembiayaan, bank syariah harus memeriksa dan memverifikasi pembiayaan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Masalah pembiayaan bukan tidak mungkin karena beberapa alasan. Bank syariah harus mampu menganalisis akar penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah untuk menerapkannya upaya melancarkan kembali kualitas pembiayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pengawasan dan pembinaan pembiayaan di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Banyuwangi Rogojampi 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi kepada nasabah BSI KCP Banyuwangi Rogojampi 2. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian yang dilakukan mengenai pengawasan dan pembinaan pada pembiayaan bermasalah di BSI KCP Banyuwangi Rogojampi 2 menerapkan pengawasan preventif dengan menerapkan prisnsip 5C, 5P, dan 3R. Sedangkan pembinaan dilakukan oleh pihak internal Bank BSI dengan nasabah yang bersangkutan melalui pendekatan soft approach dan hard approach.

Abstract

Saat ini semua bidang telah dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan teknologi dimana kita  hidup berdampingan dengan teknologi versi 5.0. Hal yang serupa juga  berlaku untuk sektor keuangan industri perbankan. Bank Mandiri menciptakan  layanan mobile banking yaitu Livin' by Mandiri sebagai sarana adaptasi terhadap kemajuan teknologi informasi dan untuk memudahkan aktivitas nasabah dalam bertransaksi. Saat menggunakan mobile banking pasti membutuhkan literasi terkait penggunaannya. Pada perangkat desa Puger terdapat nasabah yang masih asing terhadap aplikasi Livin' by Mandiri, sehingga Bank Mandiri KCP Jember Wijaya Kusuma melakukan literasi pembukaan rekening di aplikasi Livin' by Mandiri yang dibantu oleh mahasiswa UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember yang sedang melakukan pengabdian. Metode dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). ABCD merupakan suatu pendekatan yang menemukan kekuatan, potensi, bakat, dan sumber daya individu/masyarakat untuk pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Pada pendekartan ABCD ini terdiri dari lima langkah meliputi discovery, dream, design, define, dan destiny. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu membantu Bank Mandiri KCP Jember Wijaya Kusuma dalam mencari nasabah untuk meliterasikan dan mengajak para nasabah agar mengaktifkan aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri yang salah satunya pada perangkat desa Puger. Hasil yang didapat dari pengabdian ini yaitu nasabah terutama perangkat desa Puger menjadi tahu dan paham dalam pembukaan aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri serta mampu menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari khususnya bagi Panitia Pemungut Suara (PPS) kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital payment applications has transformed financial transactions, particularly among university students who are highly engaged in digital ecosystems. Understanding the factors that drive adoption and shape perceptions of service quality is essential for both theory and practice. This study aimed to evaluate the adoption of digital payment applications by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to explain their combined effects on perceived service quality. A quantitative research design was applied using a cross-sectional survey distributed to 250 students in East Java who had experience using digital payment applications. The instrument employed a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale, and data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results revealed that perceived usefulness and attitude were the strongest predictors of perceived service quality, while perceived ease of use, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control also contributed significantly, albeit with weaker effects. The integrated TAM–TPB model explained 57% of the variance in service quality, demonstrating a stronger explanatory power than either model alone. These findings suggest that both functional and psychosocial factors are critical in evaluating digital payment services. The study contributes theoretically by extending adoption models to the domain of service quality and provides practical insights for developers and policymakers to improve digital financial services for students.
