Abstract

This study aims to determine how the development of the creative economy of Islamic boarding schools through the empowerment of student (santri) entrepreneurship towards the digital era 5.0. This research data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative analysis, namely to analyze qualitative data that is described through words or sentences to obtain a conclusion. The balance in era 5.0 provides graduates with successful and quality human resources (HR). Islamic boarding schools are not only religious-based educational institutions , but can be said as a place to give birth to a generation that has Islamic character and as an economic institution for the welfare of students and the community. Based on the results of the study, to prepare students who have expertise competence and entrepreneurial spirit, Islamic boarding schools take several approaches, including: (1) First, the pesantren curriculum, guidelines for teaching and learning activities in Islamic boarding schools, focusing on developing human resources (santri) through the provision of training, and entrepreneurship education. (2) Second, qualified teachers, Islamic boarding schools prepare teaching staff who have competence, expertise in their fields and experience, so that with the knowledge, skills possessed by teachers, they can encourage enthusiasm and provide direction to students, (3) Third, strategies or learning models that focus on the skill competence of students..

Abstract

The development of Islamic economics in society provides a central and influential role in the new economic order system with business models and innovations that are continuously updated by adjusting conditions without reducing the value of the Islamic economic system. This study aims to analyze the digitalization of Islamic banking in the VUCA era. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the digitalization of Islamic banking must always harmonize with the development of increasingly developing technology and the presence of various kinds of application features that are offered to the public and are easy to use. In addition, digitalization in the VUCA era requires Islamic banks to innovate services in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work processes and improve the quality of user or customer services. In an effort to achieve success in facing digitalization in the VUCA era, Islamic banks pay attention to several pillars, including 1) reducing costs in all operational activities offered, 2) implementing transparency and competitiveness in the face of business changes and 3) providing 24-hour customer service.

Abstract

The research method used in this study is a qualitative research, with the type of research being a literature review of several previous studies. The method of data collection is through secondary data obtained from various scientific works such as journals and articles, as well as books, documentation and the internet. Based on the results of the research that the Islamic economy and the halal industry are sectors that have opportunities, opportunities and contribute to added value to the economy through fulfilling market demand. In supporting the development of the sharia economy, one of the efforts is through strengthening the halal value chain which includes a number of industries related to the needs of halal products and services. The halal industrial ecosystem must be strengthened and developed in order to be able to master the potential of the global market. In addition, efforts to develop a halal value chain in the development of the halal industry start from the input to outcome, especially in facing the era of society 5.0. The strengthening of halal value chain includes several sectors including (1) the food and beverage industry consisting of raw materials, manufactures, retailers, financing, distribution channels and technology. (2) stakeholders , namely (a) government, (b) consumers, (c) industry and (d) investors. Stakeholdersa role as facilitators and catalysts that connect demand and supply in the halal industry..
