Abstract

This study provides an explanation of the relationship between defending the state and national security is the relationship that already exists between the two aspects. Both of them can realize all the hopes and goals of the state as stated in a regulation in the Republic of Indonesia, this is in the form of a preamble to an opening contained in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in paragraph IV. Defending the state is in the form of efforts made in the real form of defending a country that is driven through a form called determination, attitude and a strong spirit of fighting power and concrete steps by all citizens who have been correct in an organized and integrated manner which is imbued with the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The main thing is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. National resilience which has been understood together in a literal sense is to have the meaning of a condition that has a good or dynamic element of a nation based on a strong tenacity and good toughness in which it contains an ability to always can develop strength in the national sphere and overcome all kinds of real infiltration of challenges, threats, obstacles, and disturbances, both of which always come from outside and from within, directly or indirectly, jeopardizing integrity in realizing state goals.

Abstract

This study describes digital developments in the industrial era 4.0 where all electronic devices will increasingly penetrate the world, digitizing all kinds of objects that are needed daily will be attached to the current era. The conditions of the Industry 4.0 era have given birth to a variety of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), wearable technology, advanced robotics, and 3D printing. Generally, these advanced technologies use cloud computing (Data Cloud) as a data storage medium in the form of a computer server that is reached through access to the internet. The technology used in industry 4.0 makes everything connected virtually via the internet. The role of information technology can no longer be dammed so that there is a social impact for a new generation in the state, technological sophistication, the fourth industrial revolution will have a profound impact on the basic character of relations between countries and national security. The danger that threatens a hyper-connected world is increasing instability and inequality which may lead to increased fragmentation of segregation and social unrest that will eventually create conditions that fuel violent extremism. The readiness of human resources and strong infrastructure is an absolute requirement that results are carried out to keep up with the development of the industrial era 4.0

Abstract

Untuk mencetak perwira TNI AD yang siap pakai, Akademi Militer memberikan berbagai macam ilmu, keahlian dan keterampilan kepada para Taruna. Salah satu materi yang diberikan kepada Taruna adalah keahlian menembak. Dalam pelaksanaan latihan, Taruna diberikan senjata secara perorangan. Seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, tuntutan untuk segala sesuatu menjadi lebih praktis dan hemat waktu sudah merambah ke segala bidang pekerjaan. Di dalam peminjaman senjata, pencatatan nomor senjata masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efektif dalam hal waktu. Untuk itu, maka perlu digunakan sebuah alat yang dapat membantu ataupun mempermudah pencatatan identitas senjata taruna Akademi Militer. Cara kerja alat tersebut ialah RFID memancarkan nomor card dan diterima oleh Receiver RFID, RFID akan mengidentifikasi nomor card RFID, untuk bisa diterima di PC dengan menggunakan interface RS-232 sebagai komunikasi serial. Pada PC dilengkapi dengan program Visual Basic sebagai pengolah data, RFID dan database untuk ditampilkan sebagai data nomor senjata, nama, dan Nomor Akademi taruna. Sistem ini akan mempermudah dan membantu proses identifikasi pemilik senjata.
