Abstract

The Slipi ornamental fish cultivator area has been recognized for its quality and in accordance with the 2017-2022 DKI Jakarta RPJMD, the Slipi Area becomes an Area of Ornamental Fish Promotion and Marketing Centers (SPPIH) which prioritizes the development of the area. For this reason, a priority area arrangement for ornamental fish centers in Slipi, West Jakarta is needed which can produce regional planning concepts and programs that can improve ornamental fish promotion centers and improve the economy of the people in the area. slipi area design components, which include the following criteria: land use structure, intensity of land use, building structure, circulation systems and connecting lines, open space systems and green systems, environmental quality systems, environmental infrastructure and utility systems, building and environmental preservation. The direction for the development of slipi ornamental fish tourism is derived from the 7 elements of development of tourism development, the arrangement of the area on 7 indicators of sapta charm with 4 indicators of sapta charm that need to be resolved problems that occur in the field which are considered still bad.

Abstract

Taman Kota untuk komunitas merupakan perencanaan dengan adanya fasilitas yang dikembangkan untuk komunitas-komunitas yang ada karena tidak ada fasilitas pendukung untuk menyalurkan hobi komunitas tersebut. Adanya taman kota sebagai Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kota bukan hanya sebagai fasilitas hijau atau ruang terbuka, banyak kegiatan-kegiatan yang dikembangkan dengan komunitas-komunitas nantinya sehingga taman tersebut akan atraktif dengan aktivitas masyarakat dengan komunitas dengan aspek alam yang diciptakan secara buatan dan modernsasi taman kota yang inovatif.

Abstract

Dalam hal ekologis, taman dapat mampu menyediakan daerah resapan air, meningkatkan kualitas udara, membentuk iklim mikro yang nyaman untuk beraktifitas. Dalam hal sosial kemasyarakatan taman dapat mampu menyediakan ruang terbuka hijau publik untuk memenuhi hak anak agar anak dapat hidup, tumbuh, berkembang dan berpartisipasi secara optimal sesuai dengan harkat dan martabat kemanusiaan juga menyediakan ruang yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk saling berinteraksi dan bertukar informasi. Dalam hal ekonomi & budaya, ruang publik dapat menghasilkan nilai ekonomi dengan cara dimanfaatkan untuk membuat berbagai acara pameran kebudayaan, kuliner, bazar, hingga tempat ibadah.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company specializing in the production of disc brakes and mufflers. This study identifies issues within the management of the M2FW Raw Material warehouse at PT. XYZ, stemming from the suboptimal implementation of the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system. The failure to maintain an effective FIFO system has led to several serious problems, including material damage due to corrosion, discrepancies between recorded data and actual physical stock, and poor warehouse maintenance regarding cleanliness and organization. These findings underscore the urgent need for systemic and procedural improvements to ensure operational efficiency and prevent further losses.This research utilizes a quantitative descriptive approach using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to evaluate failure risks, alongside a 5W+1H analysis to identify root causes. Data collection results during the research indicate the presence of 465 pieces of Not Good (NG) products (0.17% of total stock) with total losses reaching IDR 8,688,270.97, as well as a physical stock discrepancy of 302 pieces. Based on the FMEA analysis, work methods that deviate from standard operating procedures were identified as the most critical failure factor, yielding the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) of 270. Applying a Kaizen approach, the proposed improvements include: standardizing methods through daily checksheets for 5S and FIFO control; implementing a structured warehouse area monitoring schedule; and categorizing supplier delivery schedules based on part size (small, medium, large) to streamline the storage process. The implementation of these steps is expected to minimize financial losses, improve stock data accuracy, and ensure operational fluidity in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
