<![CDATA[AbstrakPemerintah Kota Bandung mendapatkan penghargaan Smart City Readiness dari PT. Telkom Indonesia. Penghargaan tersebut diberikan kepada Pemerintah Kota yang telah mengimplementasikan Smart CityNusantara. Salah satu cara untuk mendukung berjalannya konsep Smart City, maka dibangun websiteBandung Smart City. Website Bandung Smart City merupakan website yang berfungsi untuk memberiinformasi dari berbagai bidang, sarana sosialisasi program dan kegiatan serta sebagai bentuk transparansiPemerintah Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan observasi website Bandung Smart City dengan melakukanwawancara bersama Kepala Divisi Perencanaan DISKOMINFO, diketahui belum adanya feedback dari useruntuk mengetahui seberapa baik kualitas penggunaan pada website Bandung Smart City. Untuk mengetahuiseberapa baik kualitas penggunaan tersebut maka digunakanlah ISO, lebih tepatnya karakteristik ISO/IEC25010 Quality in Use Model. ISO/IEC 25010 Quality in Use Model adalah suatu metode standar internasionalyang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas penggunaan dengan memperhatikan perspektif user, meliputiefektifitas, efisiensi, tingkat kepuasan website dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitianini berupa prototype, dimana prototype dapat menghasilkan peningkatan skor efektifitas, efisiensi dan tingktkepuasan dari website Bandung Smart City dengan rata-rata sebesar 77.17% dibandingkan sebelum evaluasiyang memiliki skor efekifitas, efisiensi dan tingkat kepuasan dengan rata-rata sebesar 61.22%. Based on the Bandung Smart City website observation by conducting interviews with the Head of theDISKOMINFO Planning Division, it is known there’s still no feedback from the user to find out how good thequality of use on the Bandung Smart City website. To find out how good the quality in use then ISO is used, moreprecisely ISO/IEC 25010 Quality-in-Use Model ISO / IEC 25010 Quality-in-Use model is an internationalstandard method that used to evaluate the quality of usage by paying attention to the user’s perspective, includeeffectiveness, efficiency and website satisfaction level in meeting user needs. This study evaluates the BandungSmart City website using the ISO / IEC 25010 Quality-in-Use model to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency anduser satisfaction of the website. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype, where the prototype canincrease the result in the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction level of the Bandung Smart City website withan average of 77.17% compared to before the evaluation which has a score of effectiveness, efficiency andsatisfaction level with an average of 61.22% .
