Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of partial and simultaneous factors of leadership style in the Community Empowerment and Village Government Board of Bojonegoro Regency. This research method uses a quantitative method with a population of 34 people. The sampling method in this study used a total sampling of 34 people. The results of data analysis showed situational leadership style consisting of directive, consultative, participatory, delegative had a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Community Empowerment Agency and Village Government of Bojonegoro Regency. Partially situational leadership style factors which consist of directive, consultative, participatory, delegative have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Community Empowerment Agency and Village Government of Bojonegoro Regency. Among the situational leadership style factors which consist of directive, consultative, participatory, delegative, the most dominant of employee performance is the directive leadership style variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to study professionalism, experience and discipline on the performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Probolinggo Regency. The population in this study were 50 employees in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Probolinggo Regency. To evaluate the proposed hypothesis used the F test and the T Test and to study the valued contribution of the variable to the dominant analysis. The results of simultaneous analysis of professionalism, experience and discipline on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Probolinggo Regency. This asks for the calculated F value of 259,554 and has a significance of less than 0.05. Likewise the results of the partial analysis show that the variables of professionalism, work experience and discipline each have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office in Probolinggo Regency because the value of t counted to three variables will be greater than the value of t table and significant values ÔÇïÔÇïless than 0, 05. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and know effect both simultanously and partialythe conditions of perception variable compensation, work environment, work motivation and job performance of teachers SMK PGRI Bojonegoro. The population in this study were all teachers at SMK PGRI Bojonegoro as many as 45 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling that takes most members of the population being sampled with certain characteristics in accordance with the intent and purpose of the study. In this study, the sample used is not permanent teachers (GTT) SMK PGRI in Bojonegoro. The method used is descriptive statistics and path analysis (path analysis). Perception of compensation, work environment and work motivation simultaneously no significant direct impact on the performance of teachers. Perception of compensation have no direct impact significantly on the performance of teachers. Work environment significant direct effect on the performance of teachers. Work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of teachers. Perception of compensation and working environment simultaneously no significant effect on work motivation of teachers. Perception compensation significant effect on work motivation of teachers. The work environment has no significant effect on work motivation of teachers SMK PGRI Bojonegoro.
