Abstract

The purpose of the BLU (Public Service Agency) is to improve services to the community in order to advance general welfare by providing flexibility in financial management based on economic and productivity principles, and the application of sound business practices. Improving service performance is one of the main requirements for changing the status of government institutions to BLU. Research to describe the evaluation of Public Service Agency Governance Patterns at Sumberglagah Mojokerto Leprosy Hospital. The social, political and economic conditions have been considered by the hospital as a Regional Public Service Agency at the time of the hospital's business plan development for development plan policies. Implementer disposition has been implemented well. So the implementation of Public Service Agency Governance Pattern in Sumber Lepah Leprosy Hospital has been implemented optimally. Even though the hospital has implemented it as a Regional Public Service Agency, it still needs subsidies from the local and central government to meet budgetary needs.
