Abstract

There are 5 dengue cases in 19 neighborhoods with 1 death rate in 2022. This study aims to determine the application of DBD vector control management in Environment 19 of Belawan Bahagia Village.This is a qualitative research using the Descriptive Analytics method, with 3 informants with criteria that have been set by the researcher. The result of this study is that there is no vector control program that causes Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) biologically, physically, and chemically in Environment 19 of Belawan Bahagia Village.The conclusion of this study is that the management of vector control that causes Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) has not been carried out properly. It is necessary to carry out maximum vector control of the causes of dengue fever in the environmental area 19 Belawan Bahagia Village to prevent dengue health problems. Abstract

In the selection of snacks there are influencing factors, namely external and internal factors. Food contaminated with pathogenic bacteria poses a risk of health problems such as digestive disorders namely diarrhea. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the total sampling method.The population in this study was MDTA Al-Hamid children totaling 30 respondents, which is the total population of children studying at MDTA Al-Hamid Medan Johor District. The results of this study are that there are 20 respondents (76, 9%) who have poor knowledge of snack consumption so that they experience diarrhea and there are 18 respondents (71,5%) who have poor behavior in consuming snacks so that they experience diarrhea. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior of snack consumption with the incidence of diarrhea in MDTA Al-Hamid children in Medan Johor District. Abstract

A vector is an anthropoid that carries or transmits an infectious agent from an infectious source to a susceptible host. This study aims to understand the relationship between market sanitation and the impact of the number of flies in traditional markets. The design of this research is a qualitative descriptive research that conducts face-to-face visits and the material is in the form of a collection of observations and interviews. The results of this study indicate that there is a very large effect between the density of flies and the prevalence of diarrheal diseases. In traditional markets, among other things, there is a density of flies, namely the level of sanitation in traditional markets which can be seen from the cleanliness of the market and piles of garbage and plant residues from traders, where rot can then occur. ; Go produce an unpleasant odor to detect the presence of flies. This research concludes that there is a relationship between fly density and the prevalence of diarrheal diseases in the Pancur Batu traditional market. Therefore, it is suggested that the Pancur Batu traditional market attracts direct action from the local government to promote cleanliness and implement a clean environment.
