Abstract

Sistem informasi kepegawaian ini adalah untuk dapat menghasilkan suatu sumber informasi yang akurat, tepat guna, efektif, dan efesien sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini. Subjek yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi kepegawaian dengan menggunakan Embarcadero Delphi XE2. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi serta melakukan pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber referensi. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini digunakan alat bantu pengembangan sistem yaitu Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Context Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) serta dengan menggunakan Embarcadero Delphi XE2 dan Microsoft Access 2007 sebagaidatabasenyaPada hasil penelitian ini telah dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian yang mengolah beberapa tabel seperti tabel pegawai, tabel jabatan, tabel cuti pegawai dan tabel mutasi pegawai. Dengan adanya system kepegawaian ini proses pengolahan data pada Kantor Camat Buana Pemaca Kabupaten OKU Selatan pun menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce an Information System application that can manage Sales Service Administration data, provide convenience in data processing, search data Inventory and Sales of Services that exist in the Printing Ekamedia.This study uses several methods to obtain the data needed, namely Observation Method, Reference Method and Interview Method.The results of this study were conducted in the form of Information Services Administration Sales Services at Ekamedia Printing. This application consists of 6 menus, such as Files, Input Data, Transactions, Search Reports, Admin and Logout

Abstract

Computer Aurora Muaradua is a private company engaged in the sale and service of computers. In addition to selling computers, it also sells computer accessories such as flash drives, mice, keyboards, cartridges, printers, ink and others. This research was conducted to study, analyze and design problems related to the selection of appropriate strategies to be applied in Muaradua's AuroraComputer. The selection of this strategy uses SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is the identification of various factors systematically to formulate strategies that exist in the Aurora Computer Muaradua. Based on the results of the Internal-External matrix in the SWOT analysis, the design of information systems for sales and computer services is expected to facilitate in managing computer sales and service transaction data and sales reports (information), so that the Aurora Computer of two computers produces a faster, more precise performance system and accurate
