Abstract

This research is motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic. In mid-March 2020, the face-to-face lecture process between lecturers and students can no longer be carried out normally as usual. To respond to this, the lecturers of PGMI IAIN Batusangkar carry out online lecture activities. Based on these facts, this research was conducted with the aim of describing the forms of classroom management carried out by lecturers in online learning during the Covid-19 period at PGMI IAIN Batusangkar. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results illustrate that there are several stages carried out by researchers in managing online learning classes at PGMI IAIN Batusangkar, namely: 1) the planning stage, 2) the implementation stage, and 3) the control stage. Keywords: Class Management, Online Learning, Covid-19 Period. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pandemi Covid-19. Pada pertengahan Maret 2020, proses perkuliahan tatap muka antara dosen dan mahasiswa sudah tidak bisa lagi berjalan normal seperti biasanya. Menyikapi hal tersebut, para dosen PGMI IAIN Batusangkar melaksanakan kegiatan kuliah online. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk pengelolaan kelas yang dilakukan oleh dosen dalam pembelajaran online selama periode Covid-19 di PGMI IAIN Batusangkar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa ada beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan peneliti dalam mengelola kelas pembelajaran online di PGMI IAIN Batusangkar, yaitu: 1) tahap perencanaan, 2) tahap pelaksanaan, dan 3) tahap pengendalian.

Abstract

Islamic class management is important in shaping the character of students in the 4.0 era. But in reality, in this era of 4.0, it is often found that the character of students, especially those in Elementary Schools (SD), has started to diverge. Based on these facts, this research was conducted to describe the form of Islamic class management in the 2013 Curriculum in shaping the character of the VI-grade elementary school students in the era 4.0. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. In the research carried out it was found that 1) The character building of students in era 4.0 was carried out in three stages, namely planning, actuating and controlling, and 2) Integrating 18 values of character building and 5 values of strengthening character education. (PPK) into learning themes and sub-themes. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the character building of students in the 4.0 era could be done by implementing Islamic class management in learning activities.

Abstract

Abstrak  Penelitian berawal dari kenyataan di kelas IV SD Negeri 23 Lolong Kota Padang dalam pembelajaran sebagian peserta didik menganggap membaca merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang cenderung membuat bosan, jenuh dan malas untuk memahami    isi bacaan itu sendiri, peserta didik kurang aktif karena menganggap membaca merupakan pembelajaran yang kurang menarik, lebih cenderung membuat keributan didalam kelas.  Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran SQ3R. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 23 Lolong Kota Padang, dengan jumlah peserta didik 17 orang yang terdiri dari 8 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan tahun ajaran 2020/2021 penelitian ini dilaksanakan 2 siklus setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan refleksi. Keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini mengalami peningkatan dari siklus ke siklus. Dimana hasil RPP siklus I dengan rata-rata 83% (B), pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 86% (SB), dari aspek guru pada siklus I dengan niali rata-rata 86% (SB), pada siklus II dengan rata-rata nilai 94% (SB), sedangkan pada aspek peserta didik siklus I dengan rata-rata nilai 73% (C), pada siklus II dengan rata-rata nilai 94% (SB). Hasil belajar pada siklus hal ini menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh nilai rata-rata 66% (C), meningkat pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 83% (B), dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan penggunaan model pembelajaran SQ3R dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.    Kata Kunci:  model, SQ3R,membaca,pemahaman,SD

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out at SD Negeri 06 Batusangkar City with a total of 25 people, namely 13 boys and 12 girls. The research was conducted with the aim that the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 06 Batusangkar City would increase with the help of the Picture and Picture model, with 2 cycles of implementation. Collecting data using teacher and student observation sheets using tests in the form of questions. Cycle I obtained student learning outcomes and a percentage of 52% with an average score obtained from the total student learning outcomes of 74.8 (less). With the number of students who have completed as many as 13 people, and 12 others have not completed. Regarding the presentation in cycle II, it increased by 80% with an average score of 82 (good) with 20 students who completed and 5 students who had not completed. Regarding the observation of teacher activity in the first cycle by obtaining a score of 75 and in the second cycle a score of 88 was obtained. While the results of observations that were made regarding student activity in the first cycle obtained a score of 74.28 and in the second cycle it became better by obtaining a score of 82.85 . Thus the use of the Picture and Picture learning model can improve student learning outcomes from before.

Abstract

Abstract  This research is motivated by the implementation of a scientific approach in thematic learning that has not been implemented fully and optimally so that the learning process that is carried out makes students easily bored and less attentive to learning. This study aims to describe how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the application of a scientific approach in thematic learning in Theme 7 Sub-theme 3 Learning 1-6 in grade IV SD Negeri 13 Padang Panjang Timur. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were fourth-grade teachers, fourth-grade students, and school principals. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that planning activities are carried out by the teacher through several stages by compiling a syllabus, compiling lesson plans, and preparing thematic books and other learning resources. Implementation activities are carried out by teachers and students through five steps of a scientific approach, namely observing, asking questions, gathering information, associating, and communicating. Evaluation activities are carried out by teachers through authentic assessments to assess aspects of students' attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Keywords: Thematic Learning, Scientific Approach  Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pelaksanaan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik yang belum terlaksana secara utuh dan optimal, sehingga proses pembelajaran yang terlaksana membuat siswa menjadi mudah bosan dan kurang perhatian dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dari penerapan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik pada Tema 7 Subtema 3 Pembelajaran 1-6 di kelas IV SD Negeri 13 Padang Panjang Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas IV, siswa kelas IV dan kepala sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan perencanaan dilakukan oleh guru melalui sejumlah tahapan dengan menyusun silabus, menyusun RPP, mempersiapkan buku tematik dan sumber belajar lainnya. Kegiatan pelaksanaan dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa melalui lima langkah-langkah pendekatan saintifik yaitu mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasi dan mengkomunikasikan. Kegiatan evaluasi dilakukan oleh guru melalui penilaian autentik untuk menilai aspek sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada siswa. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Tematik, Pendekatan Saintifik
