Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kinerja personil Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja di Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Sebagai perangkat daerah yang bertugas menjaga ketenteraman dan ketertiban umum, menegakan Perda seta penyelenggaraan perlindungan masyarakat, Satpol PP harus memiliki karakter yang mumpuni agar tujuan pembangunan daerah dapat tercapai. Parameter kompetensi (X1) dan komunikasi (X2) dijadikan sebagai tolak ukurnya dan motivasi menjadi variabel perantara (Z). Sedangkan variabel terikat (dependent) adalah kinerja dari Satpol PP. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 48 orang responden sebagai sampelnya dengan jenis kelamin, latar belakang pendidikan, usia, dan masa kerja yang berbeda-beda. Skala pengukuran dari kuisioner yang disebar menggunakan 5 tingkatan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kompetensi, motivasi, dan komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sementara itu komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan motivasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Performance Assessment, Personality, and Creativity on the Career Development of the Ministry of Religion's Office employees, Padang Pariaman Regency. The population in this study were all employees the Ministry of Religion, Padang Pariaman Regency, with as many as 62 people. By using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of this study indicate that talent management has a positive influence on employee career development at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency, Knowledge management has a positive influence on the career development of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Padang Pariaman Regency, Performance appraisal has a positive influence on employee career development. Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency, Personality has a positive influence on the career development of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency, Creativity has a positive influence on the career development of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the leader's emotional intelligence, work motivation and soft skills on the performance of the Regional I Branch of West Sumatra Province employees. The number of respondents who were involved in this study were 92 respondents , all respondents were Heads of SMA, SMK and SLB Branch Office Region I West Sumatra Province. This type of research is quantitative research with SEM ( Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the PLS SEM program . The results of this study show 1) leader's emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Regional I Branch Office employees at P-value 0.001 2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at P- value 0.00 6 . Meanwhile , soft skills have no significant effect on the performance of the Regional I Branch Office employees of West Sumatra Province . Based on the results of PLS SEM analysis showed that the relationship given emotional intelligence and motivation leader by 67 , 2 %, while the remaining 32 , 7 % is influenced by other variables outside of this research model.
