Clean and healthy water is water that is needed for daily life needs, and the needs of people's drinking water today are very varied, people who take drinking water from water sources, both river water sources, ground water either by using shallow or deep wells and also from piped water produced by the local Regional Drinking Water Company, it should be boiled before consumption.In fulfilling the need for drinking water, the community also consumes a lot of bottled drinking water, because it is practical and is considered to have been produced by the industry through an automatic process and is accompanied by quality testing before being circulated to the public. However, over time the community feels that bottled drinking water is getting more expensive, so another alternative appears, namely drinking water produced by refill drinking water depots at a lower price.However, the existence of this refill drinking water depot needs to pay attention to the level of cleanliness and health because there are so many people using it, therefore the hygenesity of the management of refill drinking water must receive attention from the competent authorities.Keywords ; Hygenesitas, supervision. ABSTRAKAir minum adalah kebutuhan yang sangatlah diperlukan bagi semua makhluk hidup terutamana manusia. Air yang bersih dan sehat adalah air yang dibutuhkan bagi keperluan hidup sehari-hari, dan kebutuhan air minum masyarakat saat ini sangat bervariasi, masyarakat yang mengambil air minum dari sumber air baik sumber air sungai, air tanah baik dengan menggunakan sumur dangkal ataupun dalam dan juga dari air perpipaan yang diproduksi oleh Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum setempat, sebaiknya dimasak dahulu sebelum dikonsumsi.Dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan air minum masyarakat juga banyak mengkonsumsi air minum dalam kemasan, karena praktis dan dianggap sudah diproduksi oleh industri melalui proses otomatis dan disertai dengan pengujian kualitas sebelum diedarkan ke masyarakat. Akan tetapi kelamaan masyarakat merasa bahwa air minum dalam kemasan semakin mahal, sehingga muncul alternatif lain yaitu air minum yang diproduksi oleh depot air minum isi ulang dengan harga lebih murah.Namun keberadaan depot air minum isi ulang ini tingkat kebersihan dan kesehatannya perlu di perhatikan karena masyarakat penggunanya sangat banyak sekali, oleh sebab itu hygenesitas dari pengelolaan air minum isi ulang tersebut harus mendapat perhatian dari pihak instansi yang berwenang.
