Abstract

Absrak: This study aims to determine the influence of the importance of workshops and teaching planning on teacher performance both partially and simultaneously. The research approach uses a quantitative approach, with 50 sample respondents from 50 Sukoharjo MAN teachers as a population. They are processing data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence on workshops and teaching planning both partially and simultaneously, which is evidenced by the results of t counts of 6.572X1 and 3.794X2, which are positive. There is a significant influence on teacher performance, as evidenced by the results of a determination coefficient of 0.929, so there is an influence of another variable of 0.071. In conclusion, the higher and better the workshops and teaching planning are given, the higher the teacher's performance shown to the madrasah. Abstract

A lot of students encounter obstacles  in mastering listening skill of report text. The goals of study  are to describe the influence of applying  learning cell and utilizing of Pinacoy toward listening skill especially in report text  of  Second Year Students of Social Program in MAN Sukoharjo. The study is also to describe the students’s  listening ability  of applying  Learning cell and the utilizing of Pinacoy .The technique is utilized to collect the data in this study  is classroom action research. The data validity of this study uses interview, observation, and test. The results of study are that there  are influence of  applying  learning cell and the utilizing of Pinacoy toward listening skill especially in report text and the average of students’ scores can reach KKM  (passing grade standard) after the researcher applied learning cell and utilized Pinacoy toward listening skill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran strategis pengawas sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan berdasarkan PermenPANRB Nomor 7 Tahun 2026. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara guru, observasi, dan studi dokumen pada enam madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran strategis pengawas sekolah tampak melalui supervisi akademik dan supervisi manajerial. Supervisi akademik membantu guru menata perangkat ajar, memilih strategi pembelajaran, menggunakan asesmen, dan mengevaluasi proses belajar sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Supervisi manajerial membantu madrasah menggunakan data, mengevaluasi program, dan menyusun tindak lanjut peningkatan mutu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengawas sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam menghubungkan kebijakan, mutu pembelajaran, dan tata kelola pendidikan secara terarah dan berkelanjutan
