Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Toba Regency Tourism Sector Development Strategy is and how much the Tourism Sector Revenue Contribution to Toba Regency's Original Revenue is. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study consisted of key informants, namely the Head of the Tourism and Culture Office of Toba Regency and the Secretary of the Toba Regency's Tourism and Culture Office, the main informant was the Head of the Toba Regency Tourism Product Marketing Development Section, additional informants were the community and tourism business actors around Toba Regency tourism objects. and also the Chairperson of the Lumban Bul-Bul Beach Tourism Awareness Group with a total of 6 informants. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation, and also recording. The data analysis method used is processing and preparing the data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding the data, applying the coding process, showing how the descriptions and themes will be restated in a qualitative narrative/report and interpreting or interpreting the data. The results of this study indicate that the Tourism Sector Development that has been implemented by the Tourism and Culture Office of Toba Regency is still not optimal and not maximized, this can be seen from the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure at tourist sites, inadequate and qualified accessibility and infrastructure, awareness and participation people who are still lacking in the preservation and development of various tourism assets, the function and cooperation between tourism institutions are not yet optimal. In the development of the tourism sector, there are obstacles and obstacles in its implementation, namely: community factors, factors of lack of quality human resources, limited budget funds in the tourism sector. However, tourism development carried out by the Toba Regency Tourism and Culture Office has shown that the income from the tourism sector has been able and influential on Regional Original Revenue of Toba Regency. The percentage contribution from the Tourism sector from 2017 to 2020 is quite instrumental so that regional levies from the Tourism sector have played a role in Toba Regency's Original Revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service marketing namely Product, People, and Process on Customer Satisfaction in choosing products at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Medan Mandala branch. This research is a survey research. The sample is 120 people with data collection using a questionnaire. The technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling. Testing the basic assumptions of the research used is the validity test and the reliability test, the classical assumption. Hypothesis testing used partial significant test, simultaneous significant test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that there was an effect of Product, People, and Process partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction in choosing a product. The R value is 0.728 (72.8%), indicating that the level of relationship between the independent variables is strongly related. And the value of R Square shows 0.53 or 53%, which means 53% customer satisfaction in choosing products at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Medan Mandala branch can be explained by the variables Product, People, and Process while the remaining 47%, influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation, product quality and price conformity on consumer loyalty to students using Makarizo Hair Care at HKBP Nommensen University, Medan, either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is a quantitative approach, with a sample of 95 respondents. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is an instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing consisting of t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that Product Innovation had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, this was indicated by the value of tcount (3.723) > ttable (1.986) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, this is indicated by the value of tcount (3.579) > ttable (1.986) and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Price Conformity has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, this is indicated by the value of tcount (4.091) > ttable (1.986) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously it was found that Product Innovation, Product Quality and Price Conformity had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, this was indicated by the value of Fcount (15.155) > Ftable (3.10) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.333, meaning that the variable Consumer Loyalty can be explained by Product Innovation, Product Quality and Price Conformity, which can be explained by 33.3%. While the remaining 66.7% is explained by other variables not explained in this study. It is recommended that Makarizo product innovation and quality be improved but still pay attention to price suitability.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang memiliki wilayah laut yang sangat luas. Hal ini merupakan potensi sumber daya terpendam yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan. Permasalahan utama di kawasan pesisir adalah kualitas dan kesadaran sumber daya manusia rendah, kualitas lingkungan rendah, pendapatan perkapita rendah, serta infrastruktur yang tidak memadai. Untuk memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya alam yang ada terkait dengan pengembangan perikanan maka dibentuklah Program Minapolitan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah Implementasi Program Minapolitan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan dan mengetahui apa hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan program Minapolitan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan di Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) di Kecamatan Sarudik Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif dengan data yang diperoleh dari data primer (wawancara, obseravasi) dan data sekunder (studi pustaka). Tujuan dari Implementasi Program Minapolitan dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Nelayan (Study Kasus Pada Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) di Kecamatan Sarudik Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah) belum sepenuhnya didapatkan karena terdapat perbedaan antara nelayan yang dipekerjakan hingga nelayan yang memiliki kapal dan modal terhadap hasil yang diperoleh. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Program Minapolitan untuk mensejahterakan nelayan belum sepenuhnya didapatkan. Pemerintah belum sanggup memberikan modal pinjaman kepada nelayan sehingga kebanyakan nelayan lebih memilih untuk berkerja sama dengan pihak swasta yang sanggup memberikan modal. Nelayan yang dipekerjakan oleh para pemilik modal tidak merasakan apa manfaat dari TPI tersebut karena mereka tidak ikut campur lagi pada saat ikan di pasarkan. Adapun manfaat dari Program Minapolitan khususnya yang terjadi di TPI hanya dirasakan oleh nelayan menengah ke atas.
