Abstract

This article is the result of a field study at MA Darussalam Daun on human resource management in improving teacher competence there. This study aims to answer academic problems according to the focus of the study, namely to determine the application of human resource management in improving the quality of education and to determine the factors and obstacles in improving the quality of education. Using qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, data collection techniques by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, data checking using data triangulation. The results of this study are 1) The application of human resource management in improving the quality of education starting with planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, 2) Supporting factors include support from parents, and involving teachers in training programs while the inhibiting factors are lack of discipline of teachers so that the application of human resource management is still perfunctory as well as the lack of facilities and infrastructure that can hinder the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

In realizing quality students who are able to compete in various fields. This study aims to describe the management of students at MA Nurut Taqwa and to describe the competitiveness of students at MA Nurut Taqwa. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The method used in data collection is observation related to the implementation of student management in increasing competitiveness, interviews with school principals and student assistants, as well as documentation data and activity archives from management at MA Nurut Taqwa. Researchers use the Miles and Huberman model, namely reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of student management at MA Nurut Taqwa has been well organized in increasing scientific power which includes: management of new student admissions, activity programs, coaching, evaluation and student achievement.

Abstract

Abstract : The phenomenon of misyᾱr marriage raises debate among contemporary scholars. Contemporary scholars issue fatwas that are contradictory to one another by looking at different points of view. From the fatwas that have been issued by contemporary ulemas about misyᾱr marriages, the issue of protection and rights of women (wives) and the goals of shari'ah (maqᾱṣid al-sharī'ah) in misyᾱr marriages are the main reasons that are being debated among contemporary ulema'. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of library research. The collection of legal material is carried out by examining documents, namely the fatwa of each ulema. Legal material analysis techniques include content analysis and critical analysis of the fatwa in terms of gender and maqᾱṣid al-sharī'ah perspectives. The results of the study show that: (1) There are two groups of contemporary 'ulama', namely 'ulama' who allow misyᾱr marriage, namely Yūsuf al-Qardhᾱwi and Wahbah Zuhailī and 'ulama' who prohibit misyᾱr marriage, namely 'Abd al-'Aziz bin al-Bᾱz and 'Abd al-'Aziz bin al-Bᾱz and ' Umar Sulaimᾱn al-Aṣqar. This difference is due to: First, differences in manhaj in establishing law. Second, the difference in determining the criteria for the validity of the marriage. Third, differences in understanding whether or not socialization is mandatory in a marriage. (2) Between the contemporary ulama' fatwa which allows and prohibits misyᾱr marriage when viewed from a gender perspective, the ulama' fatwa which prohibits it is more in accordance with the concept of gender on the basis of protecting women's rights more.
