Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui parameter kualitas air yang penting diperhatikan pada kolam treatment budidaya karang hias. 2) mengetahui perawatan kualitas air yang diterapkan pada kolam treatment budidaya karang hias. 3) mengetahui standar karang yang baik pada budidaya karang hias. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan mencakup kualitas air pada kolam water treatment (kolam A dan kolam B) serta populasi pendukung yang meliputi SR dari karang jenis Acropora sp. yang akan diteliti pada penelitian ini. Prosedur penelitian dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yang diawali dengan persiapan, pelaksanaan pengukuran parameter kualitas air yang meliputi pengukuran suhu, kadar garam, ph dan calsium serta pengamatan terhadap kelulushidupan (survival rate) karang hias yang diletakkan pada kolam treatment, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parameter kualitas air berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karang hias yang dibudidayakan. Pengamatan suhu menunjukkan nilai 26ºC-27ºC, nilai kadar garam 1025-1027 ppm, nilai pH 8,2 dan calsium menunjukkan nilai 450-480 ppm. Hasil pengamatan survival rate menunjukkan kenaikan dari kiriman pertama hingga kiriman kelima, dimana nilai tertingginya mencapai 0,99%. Hal ini menunjukkan parameter kualitas air, perawatan kualitas air sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karang hias yang dibudidayakan.

Abstract

To improve students' interest and learning outcomes in science, it is necessary to apply an innovative learning model assisted by interactive media so that the learning process in the classroom becomes more interesting, so that it can increase students' interest in learning which will later affect student learning outcomes. One innovation that can be applied to improve students' interest and learning outcomes is to use an innovative learning model, namely the TGT (Team Game Tournament) cooperative learning model assisted by interactive wordwall media. This study aims to describe the differences in students' interest in learning science, students' learning outcomes, interests and learning outcomes of science simultaneously in students who are taught using the TGT type cooperative learning model assisted by interactive wordwall media with students who are taught using the TGT type cooperative learning model. This type of research is a quasi-experimental researchs. This study uses a quantitative approach. The design of this study uses the Nonequivalent Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The results of this study indicate that: a significance value of less than 0.05 was obtained, a significance value of less than 0.05 was obtained, a value of less than 0.05 was obtained, so it can be concluded that there are differences in interest and learning outcomes simultaneously in groups of students who are taught using the TGT type cooperative learning model assisted by interactive wordwall media with students who are taught using the TGT type cooperative learning model.
