Abstract

The use of information technology has transformed laboratory service from conventional way(by using paper/manually) into using computer-based Information System (IS). The output ofcomputer-based IS could also be used for management as service quality improvement. Patient dataalong with their laboratory test result stored electronically in IS become a valuable asset for theclinical laboratory as well as the patient itself. PT. Populer Sarana Medika is trying to utilizeinformation technology as their competitive strategy to improve interoperability with agencies, tointegrate information systems between their departments, and also to improve their overall quality ofservice. This paper mainly discuss about the use of Rapid Application Development (RAD) method inthe development of Clinical Laboratory Information System (CLIS). RAD method could accelerate thedevelopment of IS which is normally done in 180 days (minimum) to only 30-90 days. By using RADmethod, it is expected that the IS would be easier to implement and quicker to develop. The resultshows that CLIS is built within 5 months and the score of ease of use from user is 4.18 out of 5. TheCronbach’s Alpha of the CLIS evaluation questionnaire is 0.748, showing that it is quite reliable(>0.60).

Abstract

At present, the data and information processing requires speed and accuracy. Based on the knowledgewe are studying, to Obtain it must be supported by an Appropriate and efficient information technology andrelevant to its application. PT. Meco Inoxprima is one of the company's processing equipment and factories thatwill the make the payroll process to its employees and the make payroll report as accountability to themanagement of the company. The process of recording and calculation of Salaries applied by the company isstill less effective Because The process is done only a few through the system that causes the salary process isOften too late. In solving the problem then the authors designed a payroll information system employees. In thisdesign, the author uses the NetBeans IDE 8.2 programming language, with the database format using mysql, andthe results of the reports using iReport NetBeans IDE 8.2. The results of this study Obtained a java-basedpayroll information system employees. Information Obtained from this system are: employee self-Data related topayroll and employee salary slips.

Abstract

Giant is a retail company with supermarket format. Giant supermarkets should understand what are the items actually needed by their customers, particularly in easiness of choosing shop items. One of the method that can be used to analyze customer shopping behaviour pattern is analysis using the help of apriori algorithm. The analysis result, rules for item procurement are succesfully obtained. Rule that can be formed with minimum support and minimum confident highest values shows that the produced rule is {Sedap Mie Rasa Ayam Spc 69g  Cleo Air Minum Extra Oxygen 550 ml}. Based on the result, therefore Giant Kapasan should provide item Cleo Air Minum Extra Oxygen 550 ml when it sells Sedap Mie Rasa Ayam Spc 69g.
