Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out the factors that inhibit performance or work performance in the application of Waqf Core Principles in risk management at the Waqf Maintenance and Development Foundation of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. This research uses qualitative research methods and descriptive approaches. The data collection technique used is triangulation which combines information from various data collection techniques and existing data sources. The results of this study showed that the risk factors that is identified to be possible risk are consisted of internal and external factors of the foundation. The application of Waqf Core Principles in risk management, consists of risk management, collection management, counterparty risk, disbursement management, problem waqf assets, provisions, and reserves, transactions with related parties, country and transfer risks, market risk, reputation and waqf asset loss risk, revenue/profit-loss sharing risk, disbursement risk, operational risk and shari’ah-compliant. Two of these regulatios, are counterparty risk, and country and transfer risks are not applicable to the foundation. The counterparty risk has not been applied because cash waqf has never occurred at the Waqf Maintenance and Development Foundation of Pondok Modern, The country and transfer risks due to the absence of assets involving two countries. Abstract

Investasi merupakan suatu instrumen dalam keuangan yang bertujuan untuk menyimpan aset untuk masa depan. Akan tetapi, maraknya kasus penipuan investasi yang terjadi di Indonesia disebabkan banyaknya pengguna media social yang mayoritas adalah Generasi Z dimana mereka masih belum bisa membedakan informasi tentang investasi yang legal dan tidak legal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Perilaku Keuangan, Pendapatan, dan Religiusitas terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi pada mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Islam di kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 210 responden melalui kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji koefisien berupa outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Literasi Keuangan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi t-statistik 2.557 > 1.663 t-table dan P values 0.011 < 0,05. Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi t-statistik 2.685 > 1.663 t-table dan P values 0.007 < 0,05. Pendapatan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi t-statistik 3.193 > 1.663 t-table dan P values 0.001 < 0,05. Religiusitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi t-statistik 4.193 > 1.663 t-table dan P values 0.000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Islamic businesses encounter distinctive problems and opportunities in the current dynamic and uncertain commercial landscape. In VUCA environment, success hinges on the capacity to anticipate future developments and quickly adjust strategies accordingly. What are the current trends, concerns, opportunities, and challenges faced by Islamic businesses while adopting strategic foresight in the VUCA era for future studies? This research’s objective is to identify patterns, problems, prospects, and obstacles encountered by Islamic enterprises in VUCA world. This review seeks to identify essential themes, insights, and patterns regarding trend analysis, concerns, opportunities, and challenges faced by Islamic firms in the VUCA world by a thorough analysis of scholarly works. VOSviewer extracted Scopus search results. We analysed and mapped 590 publications on future-proofing Islamic business: a systematic evaluation of strategic foresight implementation. Based on the mapping results, 200 articles on strategic foresight from 2003 to 2023, 190 about Islamic business terms from 2005 to 2023, and 200 about VUCA from 2013 to 2023 were found. Many potential future research questions related topics such as how can strategic foresight help corporation forecast environmental changes, how can strategic foresight help Islamic business meet changing stakeholders needs, and how can strategic foresight improve Islamic business promising future

Abstract

Lack of literature integrating trend analysis with foresight to plan Islamic philanthropy's future and bibliometric analysis. How has worldwide Islamic philanthropy intellectuality changed?  What emerging trends and orientations may bibliometric analysis reveal? This study uses mixed approaches.  This study uses quantitative bibliometrics and qualitative content analysis to examine Islamic philanthropy's intellectual environment.  This study searches Scopus for "philanthropy", "Islamic philanthropy", "future studies", and "bibliometric" from 1985 to 2025.  VosViewer, Biblioshiny, PoP, and Google Trends will map intellectual landscapes, follow citation patterns, and visualise worldwide Islamic philanthropic trends.  Bibliometric measures like publication counts and citation metrics will measure this field's research impact and growth.  The results found include the phase of publication output and the development of future trends related to Islamic philanthropy. since the 1990s, early studies mostly concentrated on conventional practices and their religious-legal underpinnings.  With more focus on socio-economic consequences and community development, the field grew significantly between 2000 and 2010.  Particularly the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the years 2010 to 2020 saw integration with world trends.  Developing SDGs practices, digital transformation with linked development like artificial intelligence, Big Data for Islamic Philanthropy will help 2025 and beyond. Artificial intelligence and massive data make decisions predictive.  Integrating Shariah compliance, sustainability, and inclusivity.  Digitally adaptable as fintech, blockchain, and IoT will also change Islamic social finance world in future.
