Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah terhadap resiliensi guru di Mtss Nurul Ilmi . Penelitian ini dilakukan di Mtss Nurul Ilmi Desa Pantai Gemi Kecamatan Stabat. Sampel dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga sampel penelitian adalah seluruh  guru Mtss Nurul  Ilmi sebanyak  28 orang.  Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket. Angket yang digunakan adalah angket  resiliensi guru dan gaya kepemimpinan  demokratis dengan skala linkert.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji regresi sederhana diperoleh P <  0,05 artinya ada pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap resiliensi guru di Mtss Nurul Ilmi Desa Pantai Gemi Kecamatan Stabat . Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian tipe kepemimpinan yang lain.

Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program through the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) policy is a strategic step for the Ministry of Education and Culture in improving the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia. Involving students directly makes a significant contribution in strengthening learning at the elementary school level, according to the needs and conditions the school is facing. With this activity, it is hoped that teachers can be motivated to create a more enjoyable learning atmosphere, especially students who are motivated to continue learning and develop their potential. The School Literacy Movement (GLS) is one of the names of the activities we provide to study literacy in children to increase interest in reading. Increasing students' literacy competency is a positive result of the implementation of the Class 6 Teaching Campus Program at SDN 027977 West Binjai. Hopefully this program will continue to provide positive benefits for education at the school, especially in grades II, IV, V and VI.

Abstract

This research aims to develop educational innovations and the use of technology that can create conducive learning conditions because it can facilitate and accelerate students' work, as well as improve students' skills in utilizing technological advances. This research is a literature study with a type of descriptive qualitative research method with a literature review that seeks to describe the role of educational innovation in digital technology-based learning. In this study, the author uses various written sources such as articles, journals, and documents that are relevant to the study in this study. This literature study focuses on the role of educational innovation, digital technology in education, and the use of technology in education. The results of the study show that innovation is a process of renewal and change. The world of education needs innovation to continue to develop and be able to keep up with the development of other fields. The use of technology has a positive and negative impact. The impact can be focused on the positive and minimize the negative impact if there is good cooperation from various parties so that the use of technology is in accordance with its purpose. The role of educational innovation in digital technology-based learning is very important. Innovation is needed so that the use of digital technology can be carried out optimally and comprehensively. It is hoped that all elements of society can support and collaborate to optimize various educational innovations based on digital technology. The presence of technology today, it is hoped that it can be used well by all parties such as teachers and other education actors.
