Abstract

Society and schools are an inseparable unit in an effort to educate the nation's children. In fact, both are part of the center of the education tri-center. This study aims to describe the management of public relations (public relations) in developing educational institutions. This study is to analyze and determine the relationship management between schools and the community in educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. The subjects in this study were principals, teachers, the community. Data collection used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques used in conducting data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is done to explain the data by using source triangulation. Self-evaluation for public relations can be done in various ways, and most importantly can observe and evaluate programs that have been carried out carefully. Such an evaluation is done by focusing on the process and results of a program that has been implemented by public relations. In which the public relations party can evaluate a program after the program has been thoroughly implemented. And at the same time an evaluation is also carried out at the end of the school year by the school management, in order to further strengthen the evaluation of the PR itself

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the important subjects that underlie other sciences. Rapid progress in the field of information and communication technology today is also based on the development of mathematics . One of the ways that the author tries to concretize fractional material is to use real objects. The display that the author uses is rainbow cikas media, which is media made from used CDs, which are widely available and are considered useless waste.The purpose of this study was to improve the understanding of the concept of fractions with the Rainbow Cikas media in the fourth grade students. The focus of the research is on increasing the understanding of the concept of fractions which is marked by an increase in the average value of daily tests, an increase in the percentage of students who reach the KKM, and student responses to learning fractions using Rainbow Cikas media.The data sources are students and teachers. Data collection through observation, interview, documentation and data triangulation techniques. Triangulation is defined as a data collection technique that combines various data collection techniques and existing data sources. The validity of the data consists of 4 tests, namely the transferability test credibility test, reliability test, confirmability test, so the researcher collects data while testing the credibility of the data, namely checking the credibility of the data with various data collection techniques and various sources. The criteria for research success are measured by a minimum grade point average of 70, a minimum of 80% of students have reached the specified KKM of 70, and a minimum of 80% of students respond to learning in a good category.The results showed that the use of Rainbow Cikas media could improve the understanding of the concept of fractions. This was evident from the achievement of all the success criteria set out in the study. Among them the test results showed an increase in the average grade of the class, the percentage of students who achieved the KKM score set by the school increased, and student responses to learning the concept of fractions with Rainbow Cikas media were in the good category.

Abstract

Public Relations has a strategic role in efforts to improve the quality of educational institutions. With the existence of public relations, it is hoped that mutual understanding will occur, as a result, it will lead to a good attitude of cooperation between the community and the school to overcome educational problems faced by both parties. programs held in educational institutions. In addition, the implementation of public relations management at educational institutions that are communication links or extensions of information to be conveyed to the public, strives for the information to be conveyed to the public quickly and accurately. However, there are often challenges or obstacles in the field of public relations, such as in terms of coordination patterns, institutions, HR competencies, infrastructure, and the lack of commitment from top leaders.

Abstract

One of the quality of education can be seen in the achievement of student learning achievement. If the score is above the average minimum completeness limit, it can be interpreted that student learning achievement is said to be high. This requires an effort from Learning Management that involves all components in the school, one of which is the teacher. The teacher is one of the main factors for the success of teaching and learning. Teachers are required to be active, creative and innovative in order to be able to carry out learning tasks. The implementation of learning management is a collaboration between school leaders and teachers to transfer knowledge through various concepts/methods. Through collaboration and communication, it will create a synergistic harmony in order to achieve an increase in student learning achievement. Improving student achievement must continue to be done to answer the challenges of the times and produce quality graduates. This is a shared and inseparable task so it is necessary to always work together to find the right formula in delivering subject matter that is familiar to students and raises students' creativity and mindset.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out how to multiply children's reading skills at an early age with the "smart jump" game. This research also uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the case study method. The subjects in this study were all students, parents of students and teachers. Collecting data in this study will use several methods, namely observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. The technique to be used in this research is to analyze the data with details of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data is carried out to explain the data by using source triangulation. From the results of the study it was found that with the smart jump game all students at an early age can double their reading ability. In the smart jump game, all students at an early age are motivated to be able to read. All children at an early age are invited to multiply their reading abilities with fun playing methods, so that all children at an early age will find it easier to multiply their reading abilities.

Abstract

Classroom management is an effort directed by the teacher to create an effective and fun teaching and learning atmosphere and can motivate students to study well according to their abilities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the classroom management of mathematics teachers at MTsN 9 Bantul and its implications for mathematics learning outcomes. This research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis which includes three stages: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that the teacher had created the right learning climate, managed the study space well, managed teaching and learning interactions with the right strategies, models, and methods. The supporting factor is that the teacher has skills in class management so that it has implications for mathematics learning outcomes. The inhibiting factor is that students are less aware of their obligations in terms of class discipline and cleanliness.
