Making short films is part of a community service program for the young generation of Wonogiri Regency. This program aims to foster a spirit of change in education and creativity in digital marketing, especially regarding activities and institutions characterised by Buddhism in the Wonogiri Regency. This method of community service uses asset-based community development techniques using four stages, namely discovery and dream. Design, and destiny. The results of this community service are: a) the success of producing short films influenced by the enthusiasm and potential of the young Buddhist generation; the existence of competition means that the young Buddhist generation tends to have high creativity; b) short films act as an educational investment, where through training and making short films it opens up new insights and views, both from a technical perspective and the essence of the products produced. Abstract

There are three results of this research, (a) the role of Borobudur as a symbol, Borobudur Temple is not only a Buddhist religious site but also a cultural symbol that connects spiritual values with the local culture of Javanese society. Borobudur has a broader meaning in a socio-cultural context, as a center of cultural identity that unites religion and local traditions, (b) harmony of the Nyadran and Sedekah Bumi traditions with the symbolic meaning of Borobudur. The Nyadran and Sedekah Bumi traditions are in harmony with the symbolic values of Borobudur which are reflected in the relationship between humans, nature and ancestors. Nyadran as a ritual of respect for ancestors contains moral and spiritual values that are in line with Buddhist teachings about karma and enlightenment. Likewise, Sedekah Bumi expresses gratitude towards nature, reflecting awareness of the importance of maintaining balance between humans and the environment. (c) harmonious integration between Buddhists, Buddhists and local culture. The tradition of Nyadran and Sedekah Bumi carried out by Buddhists in Central Java shows a harmonious integration between Buddhist teachings and local culture, thus making Borobudur a symbol of social cohesion and diversity. These two traditions have experienced cultural adaptation to become post-traditions. namely maintaining the tradition of Nyadran and Sedekah Bumi to the earth in the modern era accompanied by entertainment, but still maintaining its core meaning

Abstract

Krecek Hamlet is a Buddhist tourism village that plays an important role in promoting and preserving the noble values of Borobudur Temple. This research aims to analyze the transformation of the cultural capital of Borobudur Temple and the habitus of the people of Krecek Hamlet through the analysis of Pierre Bourdieu's theory. The method used in this research is a case study. The research results stated that Borobudur Temple as a representation of Buddhist teachings is a cultural capital. Borobudur cultural capital has a role in shaping the character and cultural identity of the people of Krecek Hamlet. The habits formed include religious habitus, togetherness, friendliness and tolerance, simplicity, respect for tradition, respect for nature, as well as traditional and spiritual leadership.  The habitus of the people of Krecek Hamlet is the result of social interaction. The people of Krecek Hamlet live based on socio-cultural structures and adhere to religious values and traditional norms. The transformation of Borobudur's symbolic capital into the habitus of the people of Krecek Hamlet is performed through the process of reproducing religious culture and local wisdom. This research has many shortcomings, thus it needs to be studied more deeply, especially regarding social media and the digitization of the culture of Buddhists in Krecek Hamlet in preserving religious values and promoting Buddhist tourism.
