Abstract

The main problem in this research is that the poetry writing ability of the fifth grade students of SD Mahardika Denpasar has not increased. This study aims to determine the application of the literary tourism learning model to be able to improve the learning outcomes of writing poetry. The theories used include learning, literary tourism and writing poetry. Method using description - action research. The results of the research are student learning outcomes in writing poetry using the literary tourism model in Indonesian lessons in class V SD Mahardika Denpasar, which increased in the first cycle, with an average of 67.38 with a good category in the second cycle, 73.25 in the good category and in the third cycle. of 80.34 with very good category.
