Abstract

Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Randomaized Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Kemampuan pemecahan masalahmatematika siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan pendekatan PMR memiliki nilai rata-rata 64,073 atau berada dalam kategori baik. Siswa dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika di atas rata-rata sebanyak 22 orang dan di bawah rata-rata sebanyak 19 orang. (2) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan pendekatan konvensional memiliki nilai rata-rata 58.786 atau berada dalam kategori cukup. Siswa dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika di atas rata-rata sebanyak 20 orang dan di bawah rata-rata sebanyak 22 orang. (3) Rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang diajar menggunakan pendekatan PMRlebih tinggi dari kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan konvensional. (4) Berdasarkan efektivitas kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dan perbedaan rata-rata dalam kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, pendekatan PMR lebih efektif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dibandingkan dengan pendekatan konvensional. ?Kata Kunci: efektivitas; pemecahan masalah; matematika realistik

Abstract

This study examines the prospect of developing the study program of Islamic Education (PAI) at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar. Focused on two sub issues, namely: (1) Efforts to develop PAI study program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar; (2) Supporting factors and inhibiting the development of PAI Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Program UIN Alauddin Makassar. The type of research is qualitative with managerial, phenomenological and sociological approach. The data sources consist of documentation on PAI Study Program, Alumni of PAI study program, staff, and lecturer of Faculty of Tarbiyah and teacher of UIN Alauddin Makassar as informant. Data collection using interviews, documentation, and observation. Technique of analysis / data processing in three ways, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. Test the validity of informant data by using triangulation.The result of the research shows that there are five efforts conducted by managers in the development of PAI study program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar, namely: (1) Efficiency and effectiveness of leadership; (2) Program evaluation and graduate tracking; (3) Program development planning; (4) Cooperation and partnership; (5) Program evaluation on the experience and quality of student learning. Factors supporting the development of PAI study program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar, namely: (1) Experience in development; (2) Quality of lecturer; (3) Government support; (4) Many enthusiasts (student quantity). While the inhibiting factors are (1) Infrastructure is not yet complete; (2) Unsatisfactory lecturer discipline; (3) Source of fund has not been socialized (Faculty).The implication of this research is the need to systematize the learning process in accordance with the needs of the alumni of PAI study program and require support from all parties, namely the cooperation that is considered to be competent in the field including the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the field of Mapenda. In order to formulate and realize the learning that has character, methodological, skilled, has the value of Qurani, scientific, educational and can be developed based on the curriculum of learning. The management of learning can not be separated from the facility of study program, lecturer competence, students and organization of study program of PAI who have successfully obtained accreditation A.

Abstract

AbstractCoffee is a beverage produced from steeping coffee beans that have been roasted and mashed into powder, coffee is one of the world's commodities which is cultivated in more than 50 countries. Two varieties of coffee trees that are generally known are Robusta Coffee (Coffeacanephora) and Arabica Coffee (Coffea Arabica). More than 90% of Indonesia's Arabica coffee is developed by several companies including AAA Coffee Powder typical of the City of Jambi. The history of CV. Nefo Cap AAA for the period 1966-2010 can be substantially categorized in economic history, The big problem of economic history focuses on two things namely; first, overall economic growth over time and the factors that determine that growth. Second, the distribution of income in the economy is for the direction of growth or decline. To see the role of entrepreneurs in economic growth can refer to Schumpoter's theory which explains that the main actors of economic growth are due to entrepreneurs who are not only entrepreneurs or managers, but someone who is willing to accept risks and introduce products and technology to the community. In Jambi AAA coffee is a coffee that is in great demand and is even used as a souvenir when a relative or friend visits Jambi. This AAA coffee is produced by CV Nefo AAA whose director is named Hidayat. This CV was founded in 1965 and has continued to grow until now. The existence of this company is opening up new jobs, prospering workers and motivating other entrepreneurs. This is very interesting, because Mr. Hidayat as the owner has never released production without checking its quality. Dua varietas pohon kopi yang dikenal secara umum yaitu Kopi Robusta (Coffea canephora) dan kopi Arabika (Coffea Arabica).Lebih dari 90 % kopi arabika Indonesia dikembangkan oleh beberapa perusahaan perusahaan termasuk Kopi Bubuk AAA khas Kota Jambi. Sejarah CV.Nefo Cap AAA periode 1966-2010 secara substansial dapat dikategorikan dalam sejarah ekonomi, Adapun masalah besar sejarah ekonomi menitikberatkan pada dua hal yaitu; pertama, keseluruhan pertumbuhan ekonomi sepanjang waktu dan faktor-faktor yang menentukan pertumbuhan itu. Di Jambi Kopi AAA merupakan kopi yang sangat diminati dan bahkan dijadikan oleh-oleh ketika ada kerabat atau teman yang berkunjung ke Jambi. Kopi AAA ini diproduksi oleh CV Nefo AAA yang direkturnya bernama Bapak Hidayat. CV ini berdiri dari Tahun 1965 dan makin berkembang hingga kini. Keberadaan perusahaan ini membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru, mensejahterkan pekeja serta memotivasi wirausaha lainnya. Hal ini sangat menarik, karena Bapak Hidayat selaku pemilik tidak penah melepaskan produksi tanpa mengecek kualitasnya.
