Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan pada pelaksanaan MBS di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kebun Bunga 6 Banjarmasin Timur. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa persepsi para responden yakni tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di Sekolah SDN Kebun Bunga 6 Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur, Kota Banjarmasin, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan mempunyai pandangan yang relatif sama dalam pelaksanaan MBS di sekolah tersebut. Adanya korelasi positif sangat erat hubungannya antara tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dengan pelaksanaan MBS di sekolah tersebut. Besarnya kontribusi peran Tenaga Pendidik dan Kependidikan (Variabel X) terhadap Pelaksanaan Kegiatan MBS (Variabel Y) dengan menghitung nilai R squere adalah sebesar 58,50%, sisanya 41,50% adalah faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi ketidak percayaan masyarakat terhadap nilai rapor yang diterima siswa, masyarakat menganggap sekolah hanya mampu memberikan nilai tinggi kepada siswa tanpa diiringi oleh kemampuan yang tinggi pula. Akibat sistem penilaian ini siswa tidak mengetahui dimana bakatnya, guru tidak jujur lagi dalam memberikan penilaian, dan orang tua tidak mengetahui dimana kelebihan dan kekurangan anak dalam menguasai pelajaran. Penelitian ini di lakukan di SMK Swasta Banjarmasin, dengan metode penelitian Kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data bersifat trianggulasi yaitu : observasi. Wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penetapan KKM di SMK Swasta Banjarmasin kurang memperhatikan aspek Kompleksitas, daya dukung dan Intake yang dimiliki SMK Swasta Banjarmasin, sehingga penetapan KKM di SMK Swasta Banjarmasin kurang bermutu. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) kepada Dinas Pendidikan agar melakukan evaluasi terhadap KKM yang ditetapkan oleh sekolah-sekolah. 2) guru harus memberikan nilai siswa secara objektif dan jujur sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa , agar siswa bisa mengetahui dimana kelebihan dan kekurangannya dalam menguasai pelajaran.

Abstract

Reading habit is a process of reading activities carried out by someone repeatedly or continuously and it is often or commonly done by each person in daily activities. Learning achievement is the level of success achieved by someone from an activity or business that can provide emotional satisfaction and can be measured with certain tools or tests. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, especially correlation. This research was conducted at the South Kuin 1 Primary School, Banjarmasin. The object in this study was the correlation between reading habits and student achievement in grade IV of South Kuin 1 Elementary School in Banjarmasin. The subjects in this study were all fourth grade students of Kuin Selatan 1 Primary School Banjarmasin. The population in this study were all students of Class IVA and Class IVB at the South Kuin 1 Elementary School in Banjarmasin. The sampling technique was carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique, based on the technique, it was found out that the samples in this study were the IVB grade students of South Kuin 1 Elementary School in Banjarmasin, totaling 30 people, consisting of 15 male students and 15 female students. Data collection techniques: Data mining tools used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique: using the Triserial Correlation formula. The results of the study are that there is a significant correlation between reading habits with learning achievement of fourth grade students at the South Kuin 1 Elementary School in Banjarmasin which is shown by the number rch = 0.981 greater than rtable = 0.361 at the significant level of 5% and at the table value = 0.463 at the level significant 1%. It is suggested to the principal, teachers, parents and all parties concerned but none other than the student himself to cultivate reading awareness, which starts from yourself first. Because any idea that involves a lot of people to do something, should start from the initiator itself. Efforts to improve reading habits in children or students, should be given an example of reading first, because it will be a motivation for them.

Abstract

The high student learning outcomes reflect the quality of the organization of learning in the school concerned. Thas way every school is required to be to improve student learning outcomes as a mirror of success in the implementation of teaching and learning process so far. In this case school need to make varios preparations and improvement in order create an effective learning situation and easily accepted by student so that in the end  can provide the desired results. In reality in class not necessarily many who understand and understand about the subject matter of mathematics provided by the teacher, if there is even limited to a few people not the whole class that undersand. This is obstacle in the learning Mathimatics, student get saturated faster so that thier concentration is split, because a calculation is more difficult to memorize than sentence paragraph.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between teacher creativity and student academic achievement at SDN Pemurus Dalam 5 Banjarmasin. Employing a quantitative approach, the research involved 20 students from class VB as the sample, drawn from a total population of 400 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using the Pearson product-moment correlation method. The results indicate that the level of teacher creativity falls within the moderate category, with an average score of 52.7. Despite this, teacher creativity was found to have a significant positive contribution to students’ learning outcomes. The statistical analysis revealed a correlation coefficient of r = 0.796, which exceeds the critical values of r_table = 0.444 at the 5% significance level and r_table = 0.561 at the 1% significance level. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ), stating that there is a relationship between teacher creativity and student academic achievement, is accepted. This study presents a novel contribution by empirically demonstrating a strong correlation between teacher creativity and student achievement at the elementary level a domain that has received limited attention in correlation-based quantitative research, especially in public schools. The findings emphasize the critical role of creative pedagogical practices in enhancing student learning performance, particularly in lower grade classrooms where instructional dynamics often rely heavily on teacher initiative. .
