Abstract

Sartana Tour and Travel merupakan sebuah badan biro jasa yang mengelola perjalanan wisata. Dalam proses pemesanan tiket perjalanan atau booking saat ini masih berlangsung dengan cara offline, yaitu pelanggan mendatangi kantor Sartana Tour and Travel untuk melakukan pemesanan dan meminta jadwal perjalanan yang tersedia. Sebenarnya banyak Paket wisata yang menarik yang disediakan, namun belum banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat, karena terbatasnya media promosi dan akses informasi perihal daftar paket wisata yang disediakan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang diterapkan ialah metode Lean Development. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah membangun satu aplikasi booking online agar mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan booking perjalanan wisata serta membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola data booking pelanggan. Aplikasi tersebut dibangun dalam bentuk web dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta menerapkan database MySQL, selain itu juga menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem ini diharapkan mampu mengelola pemesanan online perjalanan pariwisata, serta memberikan kemudahan kepada pelanggan untuk mendapatkan informasi ter-update pada Sartana Tour and Travel.

Abstract

Constraints encountered in the process of managing data on employee wages and salaries at PT. Agung Cempaka Guna, namely starting from recording the number of employees, the process of calculating wages and salaries, and calculating sales commissions by marketing is still done manually, so errors often occur both in the calculation process and in the recap of total wages and salaries. In addition, the data collection process, which was carried out both with notes in books and input data in excel files, was still separated and not yet integrated, making it difficult for the process of making reports and also causing wastage of paper and ink. This study aims to build an employee wage data processing application in order to facilitate the process of managing employee wage and salary data and to facilitate the process of compiling employee salary reports. This application is built on a web basis with the PHP programming language and uses the MySQL database, and uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML)

Abstract

So far, the processing of SP3 data at Polrestabes Palembang is done manually, namely administrative staff officers write in the SP3 ledger and then type on a computer with Microsoft Office Word, so problems arise, namely administrative staff complain because the process takes two times which takes a long time to write and input. SP3 data. Another problem arises when searching for SP3 data based on letter number takes quite a long time so it is not effective and efficient. During the apprenticeship program at Polrestabes Palembang, an SP3 system was made, but there were still deficiencies, namely administrative staff recapitulating data based on case categories within a month, still counting manually, therefore a development was made that would make it easier for administrative staff to automatically recap data. With the development of this feature will be more effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to make the development of an investigation termination warrant system. The benefit of this research is to simplify and speed up the work of administrative staff in inputting and searching for SP3 data. The system development method in this study uses the RAD method. The stages of this method are Requirement Planning, RAD Design Workshop, Implementation, Testing. The results of this study are that administrative staff can input SP3 data anytime and anywhere because it is web-based
