Abstract

One of the main factors causing inter-religious debate is the lack of religious literacy. The debate about the truth of each religion becomes a spectacle in various social media networks that provide unlimited freedom for anyone to give arguments and debate openly. Responding to this development of science and technology, it is the big task of Hindu intellectuals in an effort to continue to fill Hindus with religious literacy so that the basis of Hindu beliefs becomes stronger and is not easily influenced by irresponsible elements, both externally and internally. The Hindus themselves. The purpose of this research is as an effort to provide an explanation to all religious people, especially Hindus, so that they are again aware of the importance of religious literacy in the midst of current technological advances. This research is a type of qualitative study using a philosophical approach, analyzing the conditions of Hinduism which desperately need awareness about strengthening religious literacy amidst technological advances that are developing so rapidly.

Abstract

Lately there have been so many religious problems that have arisen both in the real world and in cyberspace. Various justification claims appear in an effort to maintain the self-esteem of one's beliefs, these justification claims become so dangerous because one can easily judge other people's beliefs and assume that what they believe is the only truth while other beliefs are wrong. This is what makes it interesting to carry out scientific studies in an effort to offer solutions to religious disputes that seem to be an eternal war. All religions without exception Hinduism, of course, have offered various concepts of harmony as a human guide in carrying out life regardless of religious background, ethnicity, customs and other things. So far, claims of justification have arisen from individuals who do not fully understand their religious teachings, but already feel they know everything themselves. Apart from that, not a few also use religion as a political vehicle to defeat political opponents, because by using very sensitive religious issues it becomes the main weapon to gain the sympathy of the people who are psychologically very motivated when talking about religion.

Abstract

Hearing the word politics today is as if hearing terms that are full of deception, the public's trust has been hurt so deeply as a result of the behavior of politicians who don't match their words and actions. This paper attempts to convey several theological teachings that should serve as guidelines for politicians, although in reality not many realize that there are so many theological teachings that should serve as a guide for a leader. This study provides some literature on how important it is for Hindu leaders to realize that their duties as leaders are very noble as God's representatives to manage the universe. A politician must be aware that he is a representative of the people whose job is to provide welfare for his people. Politicians must consciously try to change the negative stigma in society that politics is a science filled with the art of deception. This study will fundamentally strengthen awareness so that theology as a science can not only be a theory but can contribute to the life of a politician as the main guideline for carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The debate about religious differences seems to have become a deep-rooted problem, its roots have gone deep into the ground so that it is very difficult to uproot. Religious debates seem to have found no common ground and are actually getting heated up due to the emergence of judgments against different beliefs or religions, this condition seems to position one belief as right while another belief is wrong. With this condition, diverse awareness is needed with a moderate attitude in accordance with the discourse that has been conveyed quite often lately. As part of a recognized belief in Indonesia, Hinduism actually has various concepts in an effort to live in harmony in the midst of existing differences. The various concepts possessed by Hinduism are not only a discourse for moderate, peaceful and harmonious life, but this concept teaches Hindus to be able to grow the peak of divine awareness by realizing that all creatures that exist are manifestations of God. So that there is no reason for Hindus to judge other people let alone feel right and always blame other people's religion Keywords: Hinduism, Moderation, Divinity Awareness
