Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini yang lebih sering disebut PAUD, bisa menjadi tingkat pengajaran awal bagi anak atau pengajaran dasar. Guru adalah suatu profesi yang titik beratnya berfungsi sebagai sumber dan orang yang menyediakan pengetahuan bagi anak didiknya. Karena guru juga merupakan barisan pengembang kurikulum yang terdepan maka guru pulalah yang selalu melakukan evaluasi dan penyempurnaan terhadap kurikulum. Guru yang berkualitas adalah guru yang mampu berperan sebagai guru yang ideal. Guru merupakan sistem sekolah yang di anggap sebagai hal yang penting bagi keberhasilan peserta didik disekolah. kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) upaya peningkatan profesionalitas guru Paud di desa cimanggu . Hasil Penelitian terkait dengan profesional guru Pendidik anak usia dini ini nantinya bisa memotivasi agar guru TK/RA/PAUD di Desa Cimanggu dapat meningkatkan profesionalitas setiap gurunya.

Abstract

The ideal view of the professionalism of school principals is reflected in the image of future principals, namely principals who have expertise, responsibility, and a sense of fellowship supported by strong professional ethics. Some school supervisor notesin Cijulang sub-district are more principals whose competence is still below the standard. Therefore, this research takes the title: "The Influence of Principal Competence on Teacher Performance". where this research is a study of several Regional Public Elementary Schools in Pangandaran Regency". This study aims to examine the influence of the principal's competence on teacher performance at public elementary schools in the Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical method with a quantitative approach. The population of the study was all public elementary schools located in the Pangandaran Regency, which amounted to 293 schools. Sampling using random sampling technique that is determining the sample randomly by determining 50% of the total population. The research data is in accordance with the operational variables, taken using a research questionnaire technique. The conclusion of the study is that together there is a positive and significant influence of managerial competence, supervisory competence, entrepreneurial competence, personality competence, and principal's social competence on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the online admission system at MAS YPP Jamanis. Modern education today is increasingly adopting information technology, including in the process of admitting new students. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the extent to which the effectiveness of the online-based new student admission system at MAS YPP Jamanis.  This research method is a qualitative approach. The results found that the online-based new learner admission system is quite effective, but it still has shortcomings because there are still many people who do not know how to do online registration, as well as the promotion of online-based PPDB which is still less extensive. But further we also found that the community has been able to adjust to the new student registration system that is carried out online. Continuity of PPDB through the web.
