Abstract

Study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and job satisfaction on organizational commitment by the Employee ministry of religion Maluku district center, This research uses methods of survey research with a causal quantitative approach using path analysis the (peth analysis). Results of this study are (1) positive direct effect of work environment on organizational commitment, (2) positive direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and (3) positive direct effect work environment on job satisfaction.
